5 starsTheresa S******* at Curbside Waste is wonderful! I had a question about my invoice and had left a message late yesterday. She called first thing thing this morning with a resolution that I am happy with. I rarely leave reviews, but she spoke with a smile in her voice and provided great customer service.

1 starI don't know what happened to this company. We used them for years but last fall they went to H. Told them I needed a new bin because we hadn't had one in years. So they dropped one off the following week - great. Didn't pick up the old one. It was weeks. I called several times to ask when they were going to pick up the old one. Told me that afternoon. Never happened. Called again, waited 20 minutes on the phone. She said they "tried" but the container wasn't at the street. Well, yes it was and I told her I had the "Ring" to prove it was down there. Not only that they increased our prices quite significantly without notifying us. Well, the lie and the increase did it for me so I switched companies (which started Jan 1, 2024).That company told me they notify Curbside. Well, bins haven't been picked up yet. Called this morning and she tells me at Curbside they don't accept 3rd party cancellations. OK, I said this is your notice and I'm not paying for January. Said she can't tell me when they'll pick up our bins. Neighbors have been at the curb for almost 3 weeks. I no longer trust this company. What the heck happened? New ownership?Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsWhen I called, I was number 20 in the que. The wait time was quicker than expected. Theresa did not hurry my call. She answered all my questions , she was helpful, and courteous.Curbside Waste, Inc.
