5 starsI have had Curbside for both trash pickup and yard waste pickup for several years. Their pickup service has been very reliable and their customer service has been very helpful. ***** handled a billing issue for me recently and I was happy with how she handled it. I will continue to use Curbside for trash and yard waste pickup.Review fromInna T

1 starI changed garbage companies and after 2 phone calls and 1 email (no response) they have yet come to pick up the yard waste and garbage containers. I was told 4/1 twice and they are still at the end of my driveway. Poor customer service and very long wait times when calling. My neighbor is also having the same experience.Review fromDanny P

She was able to answer my questions and empathized about certain concerns of mine she was able to resolve my issues in a very fast and professional manner. 1 starI was going to go with curbside waste for my new garbage service because I was quoted by Mitch there 12 a month for 1 year and first three months free. When I went to set the date for my new can to come the lady told me a different price and wouldn’t honor what Mitch said. She was very rude and said she was the manager there. Two weeks after saying I wasn’t going with there service I pull out of my driveway to find a yard waste bin and garbage bin at the end of my driveway. I have emailed the company twice and left a voicemail for them to pick up there can with no communication. Very bad customer service. Would not recommended them for garbage service.

1 starThis company is fraudulent! My bill was increased for a service I was never offered and when inquired was told I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for a bin for something I already was charged for, I then asked to cancel my service and was then told I was under contract however my 2 year contract that I signed was up last year, they claimed the contract was auto renewed but I never agreed to this or was informed. They then threatened me with a 200$ cancellation fee, this practice seems fraudulent and predatory. Ultimately my contract was cancelled without fee because I refused to be strong armed into a fraudulent contract.Curbside Waste, Inc.

Ty,Good morning - Promotional rates are good for one year, after that regular standard rates apply. I do not know why you would have to wait 2-3 weeks for a bin unless that was stated during the interaction. We have 2 full time can deliver drivers each day, we can deliver within ***** hours. We did cancel your contract without a fee that you agreed to when the contact was signed in good faith. Have a great day, good luck with your new provider.Best ****
