1 starAfter on hold for 45 minutes I requested a smaller trash container. Curbside said that they will do this. The smaller container was NOT delivered. The second time I requested smaller container, they did NOT deliver the smaller container. I was on hold for 40 minutes. Today I'm on hold for 48 minutes to request a smaller container.Curbside Waste, Inc.

1 starNever use Curbside Waste…they will entice you with a great price and get you into a contract and add that if you don’t cancel 30 days before the contract ends, you are automatically enrolled into a new contract. However, they do not inform you of the new contract pricing prior to the “new” enrollment. My pricing almost double for the new contract. I called competitors that service my area and found that for the same size bin I would pay a third the cost per month including fees and taxes. I called curbside and they would only give a discount of about $4.50 a month which wasn’t even close to their competition’s prices. You have to pay $200 to get out of that contract and for another month’s worth of service at almost $40 a month to get off of a contract that I was trapped into because they didn’t inform me of the doubling of the rate. This an awful and abusive business practice.Curbside Waste, Inc.
