      I enjoyed working with Theresa who helped me figure out the optimal account option for me. We interacted in email and on the phone and I was satisfied with how quickly we were able to address my questions.

      Theresa was absolutely the best person we have ever had the luck to work with at any utility company for our home in over 7 years. She was through and kind and compassionate about what home owners and residents of the county have to go through in the ever changing world.
      She truly seemed to care about what was going on and made sure that after multiple calls and no one able to provide any insight or helpful information she answered it all and made us feel respected and valued as customers like our business matters and this company cares about us as more than just another home for pick up.

      I tried calling a couple times today, and there was a wait list to reach a representative. I kept trying and talked to Roxy, who was wonderful. She explained why they were so busy, answered all my questions, and helped me change everything I needed in my account. She was also able to save me money! Great service.

      I switched to Curbside this year and so far have been very pleased with their service. There were no discrepancies between what their sales person stated and what they have delivered. When I have called into customer service, ***** she was knowledgable, professional and was able to address my questions. I have already spoken to a few neighbors that also made the switch to Curbside and they are also very pleased with the service. Delivering on stated service is important and is the primary reason I switched to Curbside as my prior carrier did not deliver.

      ******* is always so great to work with at Curbside Waste. She's very good at resolving any issues and very timely with contact and follow up. I was ready to leave the company and select another vendor, but her customer service has convinced me to stay.
