      We recently switched over to Curbside and have saved hundreds of dollars per year over our old company. Theresa is very helpful in explaining things and answering questions. I would highly recommend this company.

      Beware of there so called discount. After the introductory time, rates go up more than double. Higher than my previous career’s rates. When I called to cancel service, they asked for a $200.00 cancellation feed (a made up charge). To pick up cans, they wanted $50.00. I eventually loaded the garbage cans into my truck and dropped them off at there shop. There normal prices are higher than other career’s rates.

      This account has been closed for over a 1 year, Customer was on a  promotional rates sense he started and  unfortunately we can not keep them rates forever, Also I do see that we did attempted to remove the carts 3x and had no luck So yes to avoid a fee customer did drop off at office I do see a cancel fee on this account still owing and will have management give a call on this matter thank you

      Theresa was very helpful with a billing question I had. She was understanding, and explained all of her answers clearly. I had a great experience. I recommend Curbside to anyone looking to switch over from another company.
