I find it unfortunate that it takes public exposure before the expected service is performed.
It is also difficult to believe and disturbing that a trash and recycling collection business is unaware that a recycling truck has not been dispatched to a customer for nearly 3 months. It makes one wonder how often this is happening.

1 starAfter attempting to get Curbside Waste to pick up within city ordinance defined hours via phone calls and e-mail to the business, I had to enlist Minneapolis 311 and ultimately the city licensing department to get them to stop with the increasingly early pickups (as early as 3am).
Their solution has been to make one stop within defined hours, but dumping both the recycling and trash into the same truck. It is not a split-body truck.
As an earth-loving citizen, this offends me greatly. I may not be able to save the planet, but I can and will protect and care for the little land around me.
I’m not sure if this will be posted, as I am not a customer, just an impacted next-door neighbor to a commercial client.Curbside Waste, Inc.

Curbside waste does have many commercial accounts and we do have early pickups it is unfortunate that you live were you have these issues we do our best to try to be considerate of others and do apologize, Also about your concerns Curbside Waste does make sure our drivers are picking up trash and recycling the correct way Thank you for bringing this to our attentionReview fromRodney E

5 starsTeresa S was awesome. I did call and I was very rude to her a couple weeks ago. I thought it was the garbage company that was charging me for the food bins, but it was the CITY. 5 starsI talked to Theresa at Curbside to set up auto pay, it is so nice to talk to someone that knows what they are doing and has an easy manner of explaining how it works. Every company should have a bunch of Theresa's in their customer service departments.
