1 starThinking I would save a few bucks, I switched from my longtime hauler to Curbside. After several phone calls and waiting days for my new can to arrive, they informed me that they couldn't even find my account in their system! And this was after speaking to customer support three times and providing my address each time. I asked for a manager/supervisor to call me and they never bothered to call back. I went so far as to talk to the Chatbot on their website, only to find that it didn't even reply. Needless to say, I've canceled the service before it even started. I should have trusted my gut when the door-to-door salesman promised me the world that it sounded too good to be true. Beware that the monthly fee the sales rep offers does not include all of the fuel/environmental/waste management fees and taxes. I don't ever leave reviews but feel compelled this time due to the dreadful customer service from this company.Review fromNelson J

1 starOn July 5th, 2024, John ******** signed a service agreement for residential service with salesman, Ian ****** for service to start on August 21st, 2024. As of today, 08/02/2024, John and Joann ******** are canceling our garbage service with Curbside Waste.
We have called multiple times asking about when our garbage cans would be dropped off. We were given multiple dates the cans would show up. And multiple times we called and were hung up on after waiting 10 - 15 minutes.
We are not happy at all!

1 starIn the past 5 weeks they have left our yard waste bin half full 4 times and missed the last week of service last year. I have called in each time and they just respond we will do better next week and again they leave our bin half full.
They said they couldn't reimburse us for the weeks they did it and only offered us yard waste bags to use. They really didn't seem to care. We put in our 30 day notice and will be finding a new service provider.
Wanted to support a smaller local hauler but they just didn't care.Curbside Waste, Inc.
