5 starsHad a billing issue call and talked with Theresa. She was super helpful, friendly and went beyond her normal and helped me solve my problem. She gave the impression that she really cared about my issue and was super kind and friendly. Its people like Theresa that adds so much to a company with her helpful service. Curbside is a good company, I highly recommend Curbside to a lot of my neighbors and I can add 'Fantastic Representative/Customer Service' to the recommendation.

terrible communication
They dont pick up garbage even though you pay on time every time
they dont read e mails
they have put me on computer hold for over 30 minutes several times
