      Tracy Took her time today to help me set up an online account to pay my bill, after ive been trying and was unsuccessful. I’ve been having to call every time I need to make a payment she made it so much easier for me. Thank you!

      Tracy contacted me to set up my service. He provided me with a very detailed accounting of the cost and was very patient, answering all my follow up questions to be sure l understood everything, even if I ask d the same question more than once. When all the as said and done, Tracy took the time to recap everything one more time and let me know I could get in touch with him directly if ever I had a question or concern. Great Customer Service!

      terrible company they said they would pick up on a Monday and four days later still waiting call and all they say is a truck is on the way and no shows up stay away from that company

      Service was to begin on 8/1 per the contract, but despite numerous calls and emails, Curbside never dropped garbage cans at our house. We had canceled service with another company, and they had picked up their cans on the last service date of Monday, 7/29. I was proactive and called Curbside and was told cans would be there by Tuesday, 7/30. They didn't arrive. I called on 7/31 (Wednesday) and was PROMISED that cans would be delivered by Friday, 8/2, even though the contract starts Thursday, 8/1, which I pointed out to the customer representative. Cans did not arrive on Friday 8/2. My husband and I called customer service for the THIRD time, and no one picked up. I emailed Curbside and was sent two emails stating that a truck would come by this weekend (8/3-8/4) to drop off cans. No truck came. I called today, Monday (8/5), and was told by customer service a truck would come by the house today to drop off cans. Guess what?? A Curbside Truck DID drive by our house!!! But the truck kept on DRIVING! Never stopped! I watched it from the front room. We now have smelly bagged garbage in our garage during the hot summer heat, attracting house flies. I have canceled my service with Curbside and demanded my $49 back from them. They do not hold up their end of the contract. When I called a different garbage company and told them this story, they were appalled. I want the $49 back that I have already paid Curbside and then have nothing to do with this company ever again. If I could give zero stars, that would be better.
