      I called Curbside Waste the middle of August, 2024. I scheduled new service for garbage and yard waste beginning September 6, 2024. I paid the first bill of $52.00 for **************** and I also paid $75.00 on a credit card for yard waste pickup through the end of the fall season. I was told my 2 bins would be delivered on August 31st. They were not! They were not delivered on Sept. 1st or 2nd. On Tuesday, Sept 3rd, I called to complain and was told the bins would be delivered that day. They were not! On Wednesday, Sept. 4th, I called again to complain. I was promised they would be delivered that day. They were not! I called on Thursday, Sept. 5th and was insistent that I needed the bins immediately because my garbage day is Friday and I need to get my garbage out. ****, told me that she could only get them out within 24 - ****************************************************************** garbage bags. The bins did not arrive Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or even Monday, September 9th. I am done. I do not want to do business with such a lousy, lying company. I want my account canceled and my $52 and $75 garbage and yard waste fees refunded to me no later than the 15th of September. I did not sign any contract with this company and they never advised me of any type of rules or penalties related to canceling service.

      We have paid ****** to curbside waste they are saying payment has not been received. We have provided proof of payment from Bill pay with our bank and they will not pick up our trash still. I have asked to speak to a manager and the *** told me there was none. I'm not going to pay them again we have done everything they have asked and they keep saying they will escalate it. They have cashed our checks and not provided their service that is theft. I don't know how else to prove that we have paid especially since the proof is coming from my us bank account. Terrible customer service they are not willing to check email or maybe they do not know how I'm not sure but I need my trash picked up it is crucial. Don't know what else to do the company will not listen or does not care I'm not sure which.

      I paid for grass clipping service through November and they stopped picking up my grass clippings 3 weeks ago and they told me because I cancelled garbage service with them, that they do not have to fulfill there contract. The grass clippings is a separate contract that had to be paid in full in the Spring- which I did. They are refusing to refund my money and also not picking up my grass clippings. I want my refund and I want nothing else to do with this horrible, deceitful company!!

       I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been resolved on our account.  A "manager" finally called me back and she was going to talk to her Manager regarding a refund for our payment on the contract that they are not fulfilling.  Again, I have not heard back from her like she had said she would call me back.  We still have the grass clippings and can for them.  We have paid for a service/contract and they are not giving our money back nor picking up the can.

       I am rejecting this response because:  Two different managers called me and told me that once they speak with their manager, they will call me back.  I have never heard back, and I am still owed a refund for contracted service that they did not provide.

      Multiple failed pick *** than promise to come in 1-2 days its been 2 weeks.When i try and cancel my service I get hung up on by their staff and calling is the only way to cancel

      We started with Curbside as our garbage hauler in June 2024. Our garbage has been missed more times than it's been picked up. When we call to complain, it's a call center with people that barely speak English. They tell you the same thing every time,"ok they'll be there soon to pick it up." This is a lie. Our garbage was to be picked up Tuesday, it's now Friday and our garbage hasn't been picked up. We called numerous times and I sent a couple emails...No Response! This is not a way to run a business or keep customers. We're very disgusted with **********************.

      I was reached by curbside sales team to sign up for new service and I did. But my service did not start on time and I had to do multiple follow *** to get it started. Now, I paid for my annual yard waste service but my house is being skipped in the last 2 weeks. When I call, they either say driver is route or keep me waiting for ***** mins then redirect the call to voice mail. I just want them to pick up trash on time and respond promptly

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I called carb side 4-5 times again. They also called me after seeing this complaint. Every time I hear that they have informed dispatch team and tagged my house in GPS. The yard waste should be picked up in ***** hrs. Keep it outside but so far its not picked. I am not sure when the city is going to impose fine for keeping garbage out for so long

      Was promised a locked in rate for 2 years on our bill but after only 1 bill the rate has doubled. When I try to call I am put into a que to wait to talk to a representative, after over 20 minutes of waiting it says you are next in line and then immediately goes to voicemail so there is no way to talk to anyone.

      I received an email signing up for a contract will start September 1st. The email was sent by ******* Aug 28th. We are to get our trash cans dropped off before September 6th pickup and WE HAVE NOT seen any trashcans. Call the site number for residential, on has voice mail and no one answers back. WE NEED TRASH CANs by Septermber 5th for 6th pickup as noted by ****** on the phone and email already been executed.

       I am rejecting this response due to couple reason: 

      The initial complaint was no trash cans for first pick up. Had to use my neightbors trash can to dispose of first week of garbage.. After a week delay of the trash cans, the garbage was not picked for the next two weeks in a row Septerber 12 & 19. On the 19th , I have called to cancelled my service and should have email for followup of cancellation. Have not received any email. I want an refund of the initial $52.00 & trash bins picked up and I WILL not be changed any cancellation fees.

      /After having the service for 5 months, I called to cancel 8/30/24. The *** on the phone continued talking over me, I asked her to let me finish and cancel service to set up pick up of cans. She refused to set appointment, she insisted I need to pay 200 fee and would not cancel and said would continue to bill until I pay the $200-cancellation fee. *** stated on phone she could not provide me the contract with verification of a fee, I said i still want it cancelled, she aging became rude I stated I'm not being rude to you, stop talking over me and take turns- I requested to speak with a manager and she kept interrupting me until I demanded to speak with a supervisor when then she hung up on me. I tried calling again- another *** I asked for a supervisor, she kept me on hold for 15 min. I then sent an email again requesting end service and set up pick up.After being treated like this, ********** stopped as requested via phone and email as of 08/30/24 and I am not paying a 200$ fee. If the fee is for pick up cost- I will bring the bins in myself.

      Per our conversation ( ******* ) , with having service for 5 months I requested a pickup date of bins, you stated a work order can take 7 days to pick up bins- I'm requesting confirmation of that pickup date - as clearly we were unable to hold a conversation in a civil tone. As you stated 'Im no longer a customer- again why should that change how you talk to someone and what response do you think that would bring?


      Based on your response to what the $200 fee is for your 3rd party contract- by me cancelling service at lower rate- it saves you money. Your statement was a contradiction.


      I will pay balance in full (LESS THE $200.00 CXL FEE) as you also stated you " IF I can ASK WHY to try to waive it"
      Tells me it's a fee that is waivable. I am definitely unsatisfied with our service, lack of communication, rude customer service, there for no longer a customer. 
      Again, the initial phone call with your *** on the 30th, you should have pulled the call and done that before asking me to re explain instead of the frustration of the call.

      No response to the 200$ fee being removed in my final payment as I stated in email. 
      I pulled statement, $200 fee  thats $222.50

      as I stated I will submit payment for that amount-200 fee

      total of $22.50 as paid in full 

      will be included in memo.

      Curbside Waste and I agreed to a bi-weekly price for there services via a written agreement. Curbside waste send me an invoice for an amount greater than the agreed upon price, breaching the agreement, before they had ever even supplied their service. When I called to have them take back their bins i was told they will charge me $200 because I wanted to cancel the agreement that they had already voided. Classic bait and switch. Resolution of this will require no charges to me and the prompt removal of their garbage bins.
