      Have had this buiness for a few years now as my waste collection service and due to poor service from multiple aspects to price I found a different company. When I called to cancel every time I was hung up on so I had to settle for email.During the whole time they reference a contract I signed which I believe to be expired. They would not cancel my service no matter how much I asked and I told them I would gladly pay their cancelation service if they would mail me a copy of the contract. Until then nothing. They dragged out me canceling service so long that the **************************************************************************************** effect and I have to pay them through the cycle. I am tired of going back and forth and would just like them to get their cans off my property and send me my contract and final bill through the mail like I asked several times.

      I have been using Curbside Waste for both of my garbage and my lawn trimmings. They repeatedly have skipped my house when picking up the lawn Waste. When I have called about it, they told me theyll call me back and never do or that there is a truck in the area that will come and pick up my Waste, but they never do. In the past two months, they have skipped my house five out of the eight pick up days. I dont want to discontinue service. I just want them to fulfill their agreement, and also to have a responsive customer service department.

      I started service with Curbside Waste on 8/1, with my first pick up scheduled for that day. No pick up. When I called, they stated there was confusion over where to pick up my bins (they should be picked up on the road behind my house, not in front). They added a note to their system and assured me someone would be by the next day for a courtesy pick up. Thirteen days later they have now missed two official pick up days and still have not completed a courtesy pick up. I requested a call back from a manager on 8/9 and again on 8/12, and as of today (8/13) still have not received a call.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I'm still very unhappy that it took two weeks and around a dozen phone calls to resolve the issue, and over five days of requesting to speak with a manager before actually speaking with one. The manager I spoke with resolved the issue and confirmed that I did in fact need to speak with a manager to reach a solution. This company should not make processes like this so needlessly complicated.

      Service has not been provided and curbside waste continually missing our garbage pick up. We have called them to inform them that they missed the pick up and are told that they will be sending a truck to collect, but they never do.This has happened on three different occurrences and we do not feel that we should be paying for their service when they are not providing the service we are paying for.

      on July 31 2024 curbside was suppose to pick up a couch from my house for disposal, called on august 2nd 2024 to inquire, was told it takes ***** house from the scheduled time for pick up to happen. have called numerous times to find out when it will happen and got. the run around, told that it would happen by the end of the day etc. paid $125 and would like them to resolve this issue

      I started service with this company 8/1. My previous provider took my garbage bins on 7/31. To this day I have no bins. I called daily for the last 5 days with no results. They kept promising that I would have my cans within 24 hours and nothing. Yesterday was supposed to be my delivery and the call-center person told me that the driver said there was an address error and no further notes provided, but on her end, she said there were no issues with my address. My garbage pick up is today and I still have no bins so she suggested I bring my garbage bags to the curb. I am 100% not doing that as these bags are disgusting and full of bugs.. This place seems to be an absolute mess and I completely regret Switching my service. Now I have A weeks worth of garbage bags piled up on the side of my driveway looking absolutely disgusting with all the heat in the rain that we have had.

      I, along with several of my neighbors in **********, have experienced deceptive practices by Curbside Waste. We were initially offered one year of complimentary service as an incentive to switch to Curbside Waste. However, after six months, we began receiving invoices and were informed that we must pay a $100 early termination fee to discontinue service. This constitutes a clear "bait and switch" scheme. Had the true terms been disclosed, we would not have opted for Curbside Waste's services. I strongly advise against engaging with Curbside Waste.

      I used Curbside for my trash service while I lived in their service area, I moved out of the service area on March 31st, 2024. I called the company on March 18th, 2024 and inquired about canceling service, once I had details of my new move finalized, I called back on March 25th, 2024 and was told that I needed to give a notice and that if I canceled service it would end the middle of April 2024, I updated my address so that a final bill could be sent. I received a bill last week (7/22) for $400.10 with most recent for Aug/Sept. I then called on July 25, 2024 and was told to provide proof of my move and or/new service so that they can review the service and charges, I emailed customer service on the same day and provided proof of my new service which included my new address effective 4/1/24. I received a response 7/30/24 stating that they will only waive the August/September bill and that's the only adjustment they can make. I am not understanding why they allowed the service to continue months after i vacated the service address and did not stop service because in the past when I had an outstanding bill that was $50 and over they paused service until my bill was paid. I responded back to Curbside via email that I will not be responsible for a debt that is not mine and I will only pay for my usage. I was even generous to include that I would pay for the notice time up until 4/15/24, because this company does not want to recognize their faults. I will ONLY now pay from the date I moved out and I have requested a final bill.

      We signed a service agreement on May 22nd, the documented services included were for 2 yards of trash and 2 yards of recycling picked up weekly for a monthly all-inclusive total of $194. The dumpster were delivered to the wrong address on May 24th. Between May 24th and June 27th trash was only picked up 2 of the 5 service days and recycling was picked up 0 of the 5 service days. I repeatedly contacted ***** and customer service. **************** indicated ***** has put our account into the system for every other week, they later pivoted to claiming our dumpsters were not outside when they attempted service. Video evidence will not only show our dumpster sat outside for over a month violating our lease (our lease requires we store our dumpster inside except on trash days) but will also show their drivers passing our dumpster but picking up our neighbors. On June 27th I spoke with ***** on the phone and communicated we wish to cancel service and followed up with an email confirming the conversation. ***** agreed and said they would pick up the dumpsters that week. Since that conversation ***** has ignored all of my emails and calls, they did not pick up their dumpster until July 19th at which point they billed us $387. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Curbside, the only person who can address this is *****. ***** will not answer my calls or emails and has now sent a bill for ****** for what appears to be service for July and August. I contacted ***** on July 19th recommending a compromise that we pay for a single month of trash pick up (not trash and recycling as recycling was never serviced). I havent heard from ***** or anyone at curbside to discuss. Other frustrations: The dumpsters were delivered to the wrong address and their driver made no effort to remediate, we had to use our forklift to get them and bring them here. Locks were promised on delivery and it took them over a month to provide, then they disappeared a week later.

      Curbside wants to charge ****** to cancel my garbage pickup saying I signed a contract. I not only didn't sign a contract but I have never seen a contract. I have been with them over 2 years and they keep raising my rates without an explanation. I was told I missed the cancelation deadline and will have to wait another year. I have no intention of staying with a company that does this to people and would like BBB 's help.
