  We had some issues with the delivery of the supplies. First they delivered them on the other side of town (probably not their fault since GPS always takes people to the wrong house), however when i told them they were delivered to the wrong place, they moved them right away... this time to my neighbors driveway. If you have weird parking make sure you're very specific about where you want the supplies. Anyway, install went perfect and the team cleaned up thoroughly after. We went through ******** because they offered financing and we couldn't afford it outright since we had just purchased the house.

  I purchased my house in August. I knew the windows needed replacing. It looked as if the previous owner put them in himself and none of them matched. Now they it is winter, I had to put up plastic, which I have t had to do in years. My windows are breathing??So far Ive only gone through the consultation process. He was informative without ****** selling. I have had 2 other quotes and ****** came in right in the middle. He gave me all the information I needed without putting down other companies, which is what turned me off of another. Looking forward to matching, well-made, energy efficient windows.

  They did our windows, siding and gutters previously. Now they will be putting on a new roof for us. We love that we get a lifetime guarantee on all products. We don't have to pay anything if they have to come out and service anything for any reason. Top quality materials used, absolutely love the windows they put in last year. Looking forward to the new roof.

  I had a new roof installed at my house in ********, ******** in January. The Weather was cold and it snowed during the three day installation. The workers were great and worked around the snow day in the middle of the installation. The workmanship was better than expected. The work crew answered all of my questions and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and did a great walk around at the end of the job. The shingles look great and everything listed in the contract was completed. The price was competitive with the other contractors that bid on my job. I was happy that Hansons inspected my roof for proper intake ventilation and made the necessary improvements, as part of the contract. The other contractors didn't consider inspecting the intake ventilation during their bids.My only complaint is with the lack of attention after the sale from the sales person. I was told to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. While I was waiting for my job to start, I had a few questions and tried to contact him by phone, text and email. He never responded to my communication, not even to refer me to someone else. I feel like the sales person made his quota after making the sale and moved on to the next person. I was very insulted. I was interested in purchasing windows later this year, but I will look elsewhere. I am not interested in dealing with that person again and allowing him to make a commission off of me. I will spend my money elsewhere.The customer service at ********************** main office was good. They answered the phone when I had questions and called to check on the job during the three days that the crew was at my home. The manager at the Saginaw office was great to work with and he answered my questions.

  The installation crew was first class. They worked 4 days in some truly nasty January weather and got the job done. We have a light form foundation and the solutions the crew came up with to get the siding and trim to work were really fantastic. The garage was used as a work/staging area for all the work and was cleaned up better than I had it when they started. The only complaint I have is that I wish the total process had been explained better. My siding crew does not install gutters and I'm left waiting for that crew to arrange a time to show up and finish my house. There was also a difference in what had been discussed with the sales agent about a column on my front porch and how I wanted that handled, because the sales person did not write that up the install crew would not do the work that I wanted.
