  The installation team was great! The windows look great and were measured accurately. Hansons was easy to work with. Only wish I had been notified when the windows were ready for installation sooner.

  Terrible experience. They installed too small windows and added extra interior trim. I was then told that's how they install them but was never told that prior to hiring them. Their employees are rude and they have horrible customer service. They take your money and do a "good enough" job. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  I had windows installation in February by Hansons window after three months waiting. The installers came with one broken corner new window. They worked quickly. From inside, the windows look good, but from outside, you can see the uneven, not smooth caulk applied around windows - not professional look.

  BTW, whenever the scheduler called me, there’s no greeting. She neither asked me who I was nor told me who she was instead going straight to the subject. After she finished talking, I figured out it’s from the window company.

  I had 4 replacement windows put in today. ***** **** was a great salesman. He was not pushy, knowing that my funds are tight. He showed me different windows and fully explained the benefits of the different types of windows. I opted for triple paned windows that raise and lower from top or bottom and tip inward for cleaning. J C and *** arrived promptly at 8 as was my scheduled appointment. They went right to work and did excellent work. They were friendly, conscientious and cleaned up after installing the windows. I was shown how to use the features. The windows have a life time warranty and I love them. I plan on having the other 4 windows replaced later this year. Thank you Hansons!.

  ***** from 1800 Hansons was professional and went above and beyond on our window repair! From the beginning he was amazing! He called us to ask if it was okay to be a little early, then he showed up and immediately got to work. He could have just re-caulked our window, but he identified other issues and fixed those for us as well. Thank you ***** for going above and beyond!

  Excellent job, they were here in the time frame that they said, and got right to work , and installed two windows. Took about 2 hours. and they cleaned up after themselves.

  We were not sure how 9 windows would get done but it was done with lots of time left. The windows look great and things was cleaned up just as great. They were very nice and easy to talk to.
