  The work was excellent. The crew did a great job. It was better than I expected. The crew was friendly and worked together very efficiently. I would recommend the crew to anyone, they were very good. They also made sure all of our questions were answered and did a good job of cleaning up before they left, as well as provide some good info on maintaining and keeping the siding clean. They also reminded us of the lifetime warranty and not to hesitate to call if any issues arise or any accidental damage occurs.

  ******** did a terrific job coordinating and installing our replacement windows. ***** and **** removed and replaced all 11 windows in our home in one day and we couldn't have asked for better installers. All of ******** personnel were right on top of our order from the Salesman ******, Office personnel and the installers. I would definitely use them again for any service they offer.

  We had Hansons put our windows in back in 2020. Our salesman then is our salesman now. Hes always thorough, never pushy. We havent had any issues with our windows, but our salesman is going to contact someone to come look at two of our windows because we have a fly issue. If we could do business with our salesman all the time, we definitely would!

  Great install experience! The installers were extremely professional, kind, and did great work! Crew Terreylee3 was the best! I am extremely impressed with the quality of the windows. They make our house look substantially better.

  Hiring Hansons to shingle my roof was one of the worst experiences of my life for so many reasons, and seven months later, it's still going on. Too much to write here, but here are bare bones.1. Shouldn't the contractor tell you if a repair can be put off for a few years? Hansons didn't. They just gave me an estimate and relied on my stupidity. ******** charged over $22,000 to tear off an 8-year-old roof without fascia.If I had purchased materials, it would have come to $5,500, including wood and fascia.2. Hansons did not stand up to their contract and caused multiple damages to my home. They insisted they must charge $80 for a sheet of wood that cost less than $20 at any lumber yard because they have to pay for the labor to remove old wood and replace it with new. This is a LIE! The roofer nailed new wood over old wood. They also stress that they don't replace wood unless it won't take a nail. How does the roofer nail new wood to old wood if it won't take a nail? 3. ******** roofer ordered 60 sheets of wood after completing 1/3 of my roof, which only requires 39 sheets to replace the entire roof. When I asked why, I was told the workers order excess material so they can take it home with them because ******** refuses to reclaim it, while we get billed. ******** doesn't verify the need for extra material. Why should they? They stand to make $60 profit for every sheet of wood! Who knows how much they make off other materials. 4. I watched a worker toss a whole roll of ice shield into the dumpster because one end glued to itself - that's how comfortable they are with the overabundance and waste.5. ******** installed gutters over my drainfield, rendering it unusable for weeks, until I diverted the spout. It was weeks before it dried enough to use.I recommend not hiring Hansons. If you're stuck to do so because of financial issues, DO NOT let Hansons talk you into a Job + wood contract! It's a RIP OFF! There is so much more to this and no space here.
