      I ordered a hat from this company in January. I emailed them a month later and they apologized for the delay in shipping and blamed it on the holidays. Another month went by. I emailed them in March. They said they had staffing problems, thus the delay. It is now July and I still have not received one simple hat I ordered. I have emailed them about ten times. They stopped responding altogether a month ago because their last two emails were just generic responses were so sorry for the delay. Thanks for being patient with us. ***. This is ridiculous. I really wanted that hat.

      I ordered a shirt and a hat from beacon threads on May 6, 2025. I received a email saying my order was being processed on May 13, 2025. I have emailed them several times and all they are saying is that they are a small company and they are trying hard to get the order processed. Its been over 2 months now and still nothing has happened. I have asked to speak with someone and even asked for a refund but no response.

      I ordered 3 t shirts March 29 2025 and have not received the items . I have e mailed several times and get a general automated response . I have asked specifically for my order number to be tracked and get no response . They blocked me on the ******** page and from their e mail.

      I placed an order with this company on February 22, 2025. I still have not received my order. Ive emailed over and over only to hear excuses of why they have not been able to process and ship my order. My last correspondence from them was on May 8, ******************************************************* within the week. Here we are in July and I still do not have my order and they are no longer responding .

      I placed an order for t-shirts with Beacon Threads on April 27, 2025, and have not received my order as of July 15, 2025. I sent several emails to Beacon Threads ***************** and they have stopped corresponding as of June 13, 2025, after they promised my order would be shipped the next week. I requested a refund on June 23, 2025, since the items were not shipped, with no response from Beacon Threads. I attempted to click on the link in my confirmation email to track my order and it appears the website has been deactivated, as well as their social media platforms.

      I purchased two T-shirts from Beacon threads through the ******* app on February 15, 2025. The automatic message sent to me via email said it was gonna be sent out within 7 to ****************************************** two went by and I never received my order so I reached out via email asking where that order was? They responded to me a couple days after saying that they apologize and that would have my order out within the next week or two. That was a lie because now were here, July 14, just shy of five months later, and Ive yet to receive the two T-shirts I ordered and paid for.

      I purchased some merchandise from Beacon Threads for my sister and I in February and March of ********************************************** the merchandise. I've emailed the company several times only to receive generated AI emails saying an updated tracking number would be sent. I've never received a tracking number. I need my money back from Beacon Threads.

      I placed at order with this company on Feb 2, 2025 in amount of *****. Received confirmation email stating it would be shipped in 7-10 days. I have reached out multiple times to be told they are extremely busy and trying to get caught up. I filed a pay pal claim against them in May and they replied with a tracking number that just stated waiting for item. Emailed them again and they said it would be mailed w/in the week. Now we are about 2 months since then. I have called them and left them a voicemail and emailed them again. Now when you go to click on the tracking number it is no longer active or available to track...meaning they cancelled it i guess. I had ordered this for my daughter's birthday which was in March! I have never dealt with a company with so much disception and lies before. It is sad because they portray as a christian company but they sure don't do business like it. Please be aware! I just don't want anyone else to fall to their scam.

      I placed an order for two shirts on February 26th..!! Paid for them and have never received them. I have sent *************************************************************************************** the next 10 days and thats was two months ago I complained so much they have it a tracking number thats attached to nothing location shows its sitting at the same location they are listed at this company is a fraud I have been requesting my money back for four months and nothing
