      Ordered a hat on 4/3/25 from a ******** ad. Order #******, they sent me an order confirmation email. It said allow 7-10 business days. On 4/7/25 they charged my bank account $22.34. I forgot I had ordered it so just a few weeks ago I went back to look and the charge was never reversed and I never received the order.

      We ordered shirts in February, paid $408, and as of October, have not seen the shirts. Their email address is no longer working so we assume they took our money and ran.

      I ordered this shirt January 28, 2025 and NEVER received it. I sent more than 10 emails asking could you please send me what I purchased or simply process a refund. Still never received it. I would really like to receive my teeshirt and I pray you can make this right. This is the only company *** ordered from that has done this and I had high hopes to order other items from you once I received this shirt. I understand things happen and id really like to receive what i purchased. See image below.

      I placed an order with Beacon Threads through their online business page on March 29, 2025. I received correspondence stating that the items would be sent in 7-10 business days. The items took longer than expected. I reached out in June stating that the items still had not arrived and I still did not receive any information. They apologized in a return email the following day letting me know an additional 1-2 week would be needed. When I responded again in September the email address was no longer in use and when I sent to check their online store it no longer exists. I feel I am owed a refund for the items I paid for and never received.

      I ordered several products back February of 2025. My card was charged for the amount of $46. I waited patiently as I know they are not the fastest with shipping. Two months passed and no product or shipping information. I sent an email regarding the items in which I received a response that they are behind and working on the order and there would be a follow up with a few days. Here we are in September and no further correspondence or refund. Please assist if possible, if not I'll to chalk it up as a lose.

      I purchased an online order on February 27, 2025. My order has never arrived and all correspondence from the company has stopped. The initial correspondence was friendly and professional. I understand that these things can happen. I really would like the merchandise I ordered or a refund. I saw other complaints online and decided to follow up with this complaint.

      I paid for some clothing and a hat. About $56.00 and It never came. I sent them several emails, and at first, they responded and stated mine was going out within 1-2 weeks. I reached out a month later. Now, theyre not responding. I sent a couple more emails with no response.
