      I placed an order with Beacon threads on May 16th, 2025 for 3 hats. The total was $45.66. I received one email the 17th that my order was in progress. Another email May 23 that it was still pending and to watch for updates. June 2nd I emailed customer service trying to find out where the order was. June 3rd I received an email from customer service that they were behind on orders and to expect another 1-2 week delay. I again emailed on August 11th and haven't heard back.

      I ordered 4 tshirts from Beacon Threads. Paid in full. Noticed the lag time so I checked on my order. Received a response stating they are running behind as each item is specially made or something to that effect. Noticed more of a delay. Followed up again only to find out they are out of business. They have my money. I dont have my tshirts. Worst business ever. A Christian one at that. I cannot help but think they are liars and cheats.

      I ordered some sweatshirts and hoodies back in January. I reached out to Beacon Threads and was told that they were behind but I would be getting my order soon. This was in February. Its September and I have not received a refund or the merchandise that I ordered.

      I placed an order online on March 2nd, after being a customer for a few years and placing several orders without issue. March 18th I sent a polite & respectful email to customer service inquiring about the order, as I hadn't received a shipping notice. I was given a lengthy, generic reply. I sent another email on April 23rd asking for a refund, as I still had not had received the order or shipping notice. I was then told, on April 30th that the order was already prepared to be shipped out. On May 21st, I sent another email stating that I still had not received the order or shipping notice. And that I would be filing a fraud claim with my bank to have this charge reimbursed. No response.

      I made a purchase of ***** worth of clothing in January 2025. I have never recieved my order. It's been 7 months and the company will not respond to my emails anymore. I contacted ******* and they did not resolve the issue either.

      I placed an order on March 18. I emailed them on April 10 and again on April 25. I still have never received my order. I have tried to call numerous times as well. Now the website is gone. This isn't right or fair. A refund is due.

      I made a order with this company back in February of this year for 3 t shirts I never received my order I checked in with the company multiple times and asked for my money back and never got a response other then they are working on my order never received my product or my money back

      They did not fulfill my order nor will you find me my money told me that it would be shipped out in two weeks never shipped out. Send theman email. They told me it would be on delay for three weeks, but it definitely would be coming to me that was two months ago

      I made a purchase of $63 on March 16 and was promised the product within two weeks. I made over five correspondences via email to Beacon threads and received emails back reading they would ship in two weeks. then they stopped responding to my emails after I asked for a refund. There is no telephone number to get a hold of anyone and I am out the money with no product. I looked them up online and apparently they are no longer up and running. So they took my money and ran.

      I think this company may have went out of business. But not before accepting my order of nearly sixty dollars worth of clothing and as placed. In March of this year! I reached out several times. Finally got a response in May saying my order would be sent out that week. It wasnt, and I reached back out to them. Finally, in June, I received a tracking number. The order never actually made it to the postal service. It is now the end of August and I still havent received the items. I know I cant be the only one. Is there a class action lawsuit or something? Its sixty dollars but Ive spend too much time trying to get this order.
