      I think this company may have went out of business. But not before accepting my order of nearly sixty dollars worth of clothing and as placed. In March of this year! I reached out several times. Finally got a response in May saying my order would be sent out that week. It wasnt, and I reached back out to them. Finally, in June, I received a tracking number. The order never actually made it to the postal service. It is now the end of August and I still havent received the items. I know I cant be the only one. Is there a class action lawsuit or something? Its sixty dollars but Ive spend too much time trying to get this order.

      I made a purchase in May and have not received my shirts. I spent about $50 worth of shirts. I have been trying to get sn update as to when my shirts would be shipped out only to find out that I was no longer able to view my "update status" online using the link they provided me. Later I found out that the website was taken down. I can't get in contact with anyone and no one has returned my calls nor emails. I was scammed and lost $50 worth of shirts. Highly disappointed on what happened and being scammed!!

      I had ordered a few items from this company online and on April 19 after probably be about three weeks I reached out to them. They said they had a holiday rush and to give them some time. Being as this was a Christian store I had faith that they would do the thing and get this products out to me. As of August 21, I have yet to receive anything and now Im seeing that their website down the Instagram page is down. I just would like to my money back.

      I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company and I never received anything. I have made a report to the shop app because I ordered the shirts from their app. I have contacted beacon threads through email at least 5 times and its like a automated response that they emailed me back informing me that they are working on my order and it will arrive within 10 business days. This has been going on since April 2025. The total amount is $19.72. That doesnt seem like a lot but it is to me. I am disabled and my total income is $700 a month.

      February 25, 2025 I placed an order with Beacon Threads LLC for a total of $98.05. I waited a few months and reached out numerous times and received automated responses every time saying I would receive my order soon and then that they had contacted shipping and would have the order sent out within 7 days. This never happened. I never received anything and then I quit receiving any response at all. I have attached numerous screenshots of the emails as well as a screenshot of my order number along with the total price that I paid for the order. I would like a refund from the business.

      Order placed 3/4/25 They have never sent the order. They did respond to the delay in June. Now there is no website even available.

      Placed an order in March. Never received product nor have they issued a refund. In April they said it would be sent 1-2 weeks. In June, when I asked for a refund, they provided the same generic update.

      I made multiple attempts to contact this company about not receiving my order. They responded only once with a generic e mail. I never have received my items and now their site is closed.

      I placed an order for 2 tshirts in March. Gave it some time and never received the shirts nor showed that they were shipped. I emailed the company in early May and was told they were behind but assured it would be shipped, waited longer, contacted again a couple weeks later due to no change and was promised that they would be shipping in ***** hours. Continued to email almost weekly when I would receive the same response and never did receive my shirts. It was $17 on the total which isn't a ton but we work for our money and would like the products paid for or the money back. Now the website seems to be non existent.

      January 20th, 2025, I placed an order, which I have not received yet. It is August 13th, 2025. I have contacted them repeatedly saying that I have not received my order and their reply was that they will be shipping my order out in 1-2 weeks. And months later, I still have received nothing from them. I would like a full refund of the amount of the order. Which is $30.45. Thank you for the help in resolving this issue.
