      Ordered in January 2025 and now it is November 2025.... Received nothing for my $30+ purchase. At first I would receive emails back that they were backed up and working on catching up. Never received a reply to my last email mid-year so decided to email again for a status update and received the bounce back that they are no longer. If they needed donations, they could have just asked but instead claimed to be a ***************** and stole from people. Super sad. I would have helped them out! I love the items I have received from them in the past!

      Ordered 3 items in April and its the end of October and they never arrived. I tried tracking them and got an error message. I sent an email to customer service and it got returned. This was a scam.

      I ordered a hat item in April 2025. They took my money from my account and never sent the item. It's now October 2025. I have yet to hear from them or receive my item. This company advertise Christian merchandise but aren't practicing Christian morals/behavior. I deserve my money back.

      I placed an order on 05/17/2025 and have yet to receive it. I reached out on 06/06/2025 and received an email back stating they were backed up. I attempted to contact them again on the website about obtaining a refund and the business was no longer accessible. This was a terrible way to do business and all money should have been returned to the customers.

      I am so sad. I loved Beacon Threads products. I ordered back in April and today (Sept 17th) for the 4th time I reached out because those products hadn't been delivered. The email kicked back to me saying it doesn't exist. Their site doesn't exist. I can't find them on social media. They took the money and ran, and this is not the first time they've been delayed in sending something out. I have made 3 order and all have arrived late, but obviously they have decided business wasn't for them - and didn't inform any of their customers or issue refunds.

      I placed order on March 16 2025, today is Spetember 11, 2025. I have not received my order and put in multiple complaints with ************ website is no longer active, looks like they got away with our money!!!

      I made a purchase with Beacon Threads in early APRIL and now its Sept 10th , 2025 and still havent received my order. I reached out to them NUMEROUS times and last email was kicked backed saying email not found- DO NOT- DO NOT- DO NOT order from this business. I have demanded a refund over and over and received nothing back. I will never order anything from this business again.. it makes you select a start..wish ZERO stars was an option. ******** and UNETHICAL way of doing business.

      As of today, 09/08/25 my order has not yet been fulfilled or verified as lost in the mail; no refund or response, not good or appropriate way to handle customer cares or concern. Every interaction kindly asks me to wait, 4-6 months is plenty of time for even a snail to deliver in yarn-made flipflops from MD to **. I am disappointed.
