      I ordered on May these items on May 6th as the email shows. I began to reach out a month in a half after I hadn't received my items. They asked me to be patient and wait a week or two. I did. I reached out again after I hadn't received my items still. At this point they stopped all communications and stopped responding to my messages. I asked to be refunded for the items I purchased that I never received. No response. I have ordered from this company for years. I very disappointed. So Im asking for a full refund of $54.25

      I placed an order for ***** on February 20th 2025 and never received the product. They took the money but never sent my items. I reached out to them monthly and kept getting the same generic response. I demanded a full refund and have not heard from them. *****

      I made two separate purchases, the first one February 7: With, Love. Adult Box T-Shirt 1-XL unisex / ************ Lettering / Box and God, I Let Go. Do Your Thang! Adult Box T-Shirt 1 XL unisex / ************** Lettering. The total cost paid was $21.12 paid via ******. My second order was placed on May 13: Extra Extra Adult Box T-Shirt 1-XL unisex / ************** Lettering; Survived the Storms Adult Box T-Shirt 1-XL unisex / *********** Lettering; Bloom, Sis. It's Time. Adult Box T-Shirt 1-L / ************* Lettering. The total cost paid was $23.21, paid via credit card. At this point, I'd like a refund.

      I placed an order Feb 20 2025 it's August 2025 I have emailed them several times and get the same generated message if their apologies and will ship soon now they are not answering at all at this point I want my money back

      I placed an order with Beacon Threads on Feb 9, 2025 for 4 items totaling $54.64. Have yet to receive the order. Emailed the customer service team and sent messages on Instagram. I received emails with a cookie cutter reply advising the order will be shipping that week and they will send tracking #. Several more months passed. Emailed again - received a very long email , at least 10 paragraphs talking about the how everything is made in house and we have 1000s of orders and we do not believe in scamming and God has sent them the customers. Never did I mention scamming or anything of that sort in my emails, I literally wanted what I paid for or my money back. I received neither. Sad that they operated under the guise of faith and Christianity. They continued to run sales and send email blasts out when they were not filling orders that were months old - the audacity. Unprofessional and shameful at best.

      I ordered three T-shirts that I have yet to receive since the middle of May. I have previously ordered from this company without any problems. I have reached out to them; they promised I would have them in two weeks; as of date I have yet to receive anything. The Bare Minimum XL Black and Grey L

      In January of 2025 I placed an order for 3 t shirts. I had previously ordered from them several times and the last time my order was delayed, but I did receive it. This is the first time Ive ordered from them and not received the product. The first time I emailed them in March they responded and apologized and said it would be shipped within a week. That never happened. I emailed them in April asking for a refund; they didnt reply. I emailed again in May asking for either a refund or the t shirts. They replied in May with the same message saying it would be sent out within a week. The last time I emailed them was a few times in July; I received no response from them and no merchandise from them.

      I have been in contact since March in regards to my order placed 3/25/25. I have been told I would be sent a tracking number as soon as it ships in 1-2 weeks (May 4th) as well as in 1-2 weeks (June 13th), I reached out again via email July 17 with no response, it is now 8/6/25 and i have not even received an email with the tracking number. I attempted to go to the website which now seems it has been removed. At this point i would just like a refund. For reference, my order number is #******.Thank you!
