      On February 21, ********************* the amount of $50.30 was made to the company Beacon threads for 2 items that were never received. The order # ****** including item Love God. Love people Large adult unisex hoodie white w/ red lettering , and item Keep the faith ***** Drop shoulder sweatshirt were never received. 2 emails were sent to this company asking about shipment status and also requesting a refund. Emails resulting in no resolve for refund nor items received. I can attach emails if needed; both emails received information stating expected shipment date within a weeks time. I believe I have been more than patient with this company and being a previous customer , I expected more customer service from this company. As a customer , I believe they handled this situation very poorly as it is now 6 months later and there has been no resolve. Dissatisfied and disappointed , to say the least.

      I ordered merchandise from their website. I asked for an update about a month later when I did not receive my tracking info. I received an email back stating that it would be shipped that week, and it never was.

      I placed an order back in February of 2025 for 60 dollars . I reached out multiple times regarding my order , initially I got a generic response apologizing for the delay and be backed up, the the responds stop coming . I have not received my items , a refund or even a email back explaining the what is going on .

      My complaint is the same as all the others this year. Ordered shirts and paid and never received items or a refund. Have received items from them in the past with long delays eventually receiving my items. Loved their clothes and they were of good quality. Hopefully they will work out their problems and resume business.

      Placed an order for a shirt on March 2, 2025. Sent several emails to Beacon Threads and received generic emails in return. It is now August 4, *********************************************************** money, also no communication from this business since April 3, 2025.

      I placed an order with this company on February 24, 2025. They took the money but never gave me items even after reaching out to them several times.

      I placed a large order back early in May and they assured me the orders would go out in two weeks after I originally sent a concerned email about not receiving my order. Now the business site is gone and Im afraid I lost my money! Can you help?

      I placed a order with this company on 02/14/2025 I have constantly been in contact with them about my order they have constantly promised product have yet to deliver as of 2 months ago they stopped communicating I have yet to deliver the product and now they have taken the website down

      I placed an order with this business on [insert order date] and paid a total of $[amount]. As of today, I have not received the order. I reached out to the business multiple times, and while I did receive some replies initially, the last communication I received was on June 9, 2025.Since then, the business has become unreachable. Their website is no longer active, and emails sent to their previous contact address now return as undeliverable.I have made every reasonable attempt to resolve this issue directly with the business. However, with no response and no ability to contact them, I am left without the product or refund.

      In February 2025 I placed two orders with Beacon Threads. Order numbers ****** (2/25/25) and ****** (2/28/25). One was for a hat and the other was for multiple tshirts. Neither order came when it was supposed to and I had to contact customer service support to find out what was going on with my order. After several attempts to get my products, they finally sent me the hat in May. After that they continuously promised to send me my other order but never did. I emailed them constantly and demanded my products or a refund. It ****** me that a faith based company would do this to its customers! They have basically robbed people!
