I have purchased from this company multiple times over the past year and I placed an $$ order on April ******* spending hundreds of dollars ?? for myself and family members. After not receiving my order end of May, I reached out and was advised they were backed up and I should receive my merchandise within 30 days. I ordered online from this company on May 24, 2025. I have emailed them multiple times and twice got a computer generated response about being patient etc. I contacted ******* as well with no help. I ordered $49.90 worth of merchandise in April 2025. This order never arrived and now the company website is gone. This feels like a scam. I put it in an order to beacon threads February 13, 2025 and paid ***** for the order. 2 months after the order I contacted them and they told me the order was backed up but would be coming soon, which it never did. I placed an order February 16 for multiple t shirts and never received my order. I have a few emails responses with apologies that the order had not yet been fulfilled and promises to fulfill them yet it is July 27 and I still don't have the shirts or a refund. Now, it appears the website is unfortunately shut down. I hope they repent and figure out how to fix this. They were previously very reliable and responsive, but something changed a year ago. I placed an order on April ******* and my account was charged for the order. The order never arrived. I placed an order for a hooded sweatshirt from Beacon Threads on April 17, 2025 and still have not received it. Then when I went to question the company, I noticed their website had been taken down.
