      I placed an order in Feb, I emailed multiple times following up on status. They responded a few times and then. They stopped. I checked website and it was gone.

      I placed an order with this company on March 16, 2025. I have previously ordered from them and had no issues receiving my items and they were of great quality. I received an email confirming my order. In an email I received on March 23rd, it stated that my order would be shipped in 7 days or less. Per their shipping policy that was listed on their website. About a month later on April 23rd, I reached out because I had not gotten confirmation of shipping or that my order had been fulfilled. I did not get a response until May 1st. On May 1st I received an email that stating that overwhelming demand had extended their fulfillment times and my order should be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. Never a word after that. No shipment, no tracking, no communication, no product. I tried reaching out again on the 14th of July. No response. I tried visiting their website, and it appears to be gone. Again on Wednesday July 23rd, I tried reaching out once more. This time I tried a different customer service email they used and I got an email that my message could not be delivered to the address. I just want my money back. I am disappointed by this companies failure to communicate that they were unable to fulfill my order. As a Christian based company, it is sad that they took my money and did not even offer a refund when they realized my order would not be completed as they had promised.

      Order placed for shirts on May 1, 2025. I reached out via email, to the company, asking the status of my order on the following dates: May 26, June 9, June 21. The money cleared my credit card May 2nd. Each time I reached out, I received a template type response with assurance I would get in 2 weeks. I have yet to receive my items.

      Placed order 2/17/25. I've never received my items; I spent $87.86. I've reached out to the company multiple times; first regarding a delivery date and then regarding a refund. The responded a few times but have not responded to my last two inquiries. They over-promised and can't fulfill their obligations, according to their correspondence. I just want my money back at this point.

      I ordered stuff from beacon threads in March! I had ordered from them previously and got my order, but now they have not sent anything and I get computer generated responses from them when I email. I would like a refund of the money they already took out of my account in March!

      Ordered clothing, some of which were gifts in April 2025. As of today, July 2025 I haven't received what I paid for. Whenever I contact the owners they say it'll be delivered in 2 weeks.

      I made an online order with this company on May 28. The processing time is 7-10 business days, and after two weeks I noticed my order tracking status had not been updated. In June I contacted the company via email to ask if they had gone out of business because by that time, their Instagram account had been deleted and their website was still up, but had no merchandise showing for sale. I received what seemed like a generic or AI email saying that the holiday rush created a backlog and that all orders should be shipped within the next 1-2 weeks. When a full month passed and still nothing, I sent them an email complaining about the timeframe, including that I had seen tiktok/IG videos of people warning others about this business. I asked to please send my order out. It is coming up on 2 months with no order delivery and now I see that the website is completely gone. This was a reputable company in the past, as I ordered from them multiple times with no issue. I'm not sure what has happened but they haven't put out a public statement and have erased all of their online pages. It feels like an entirely different company that is scamming hundreds of people. I want my money back, or I will be contacting my bank and filing a fraudulent charge.

      I placed an order with Beacon Threads in March 2025 and have yet to receive my items as of July 2025. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through email and/or social media, but have not received a response or resolution. I expected to receive my merchandise or a refund.

      Ordered a shirt in May, as of July I emailed about the status. Followed up and now the website and all social media is no longer available

      I purchased an order from them on April 14, 2025. Order #****** Total was $42.81 which was withdrawn from my bank account immediately.I have emailed and inquired about the status of this order 9 times. Each time they reply with, please be patient it will ship within a week. Now, they have stopped responding at all.
