      I placed an order on May 19, 2025 totaling $27.88. The purchase confirmation email that I received indicated that processing time is 7-10 business days. I ordered from them a few times before and got my items in 3-4 weeks and they were running sale so I waited a few weeks. After waiting and not receiving any updates on my order, I sent an email on July 8, 2025 requesting an order update. I did not receive a response and I sent a second email on July 17. I noticed that they have taken down their website. They are not responding to communication attempts and I have not received the products I paid for or been given a refund.

      Ordered almost $70 in merchandise on May 20, 2025. Contacted the merchant over (5) times. Was told on June 20 the items would be delivered in 10 days. As of July 20, no contact or response.

      On 5/21/25 I ordered 4 sweatshirts totaling $84.80. I have a confirmation email. I ordered from ************************ they collected the money this day. Im the confirmation email it says 7-10 business days for shipping. Order number ******. On 5/28/25 I received an order in progress email, saying order is working and 7 days or sooner for shipping. Also saying they would send me shipping info when it was ready. On 6/5/25, I did no receive product or information so I reached out via email (customer ********************************* to check on shipping. They replied 6/6/25 saying the earliest arrival would be 1-2 weeks and sorry for the inconvenience. 6/25/25 I still have received no product or shipping information so I reached out via email again. 6/26/25 they responded saying they reached out to the shipping team and are making sure it goes out the following week. The following week I did not receive any information but was a holiday week, I emailed on 7/3 asking for the shipping info as promised or a full refund. I Heard nothing back. so the following week I went to follow up and noticed the website was removed. I never heard anything back. They took my money but I received no product.

      I placed an order in April and was told that it would be shipped in 7-10 business days. I reached out in May and was told that it would be shipped soon and they apologized. I have emailed twice since and have still not received my order.

      I placed this order in April 19th for a Mothers Day gift for my wife. Ive followed up with this company several times to no avail. Ive received several AI generated responses making an excuse about shipping and asking me to wait to weeks due to the delay. As you can see Ive waited more than two weeks and still havent received my items. This is unfortunate as I had assumed that this was a ***************** and they do not seem to have biblical principles at all. I no longer have faith that they plan to fulfill my order and intend on defrauding me of my hard earned money which is unacceptable. At this time Im requesting a full refund

      I placed an order with Beacon threads on May 10. I received a text message with the link to track my order. However, the order never arrived I emailed customer service twice and now the webpage is completely gone. They took my money and did not give me my merchandise. I received a text for tracking on May 20 however I never received the tracking number and I never got an email confirmation.

      I placed an order for 4 t-shirts on 5/11/25 for $27.50. I have attempted to reach out to Beacon Threads customer service via email 3 times without any response. When I tried to visit the online store, I got a message that "Sorry, this store is currently unavailable." I would like to be refunded my money. Thank You, ****** *******

      I ordered from Beacon Threads in May 2025. They say 7-10 business days to process. Past that timeframe I reached out for an update and they said it would be another week or 2 because the Memorial holiday brought in lots of sales and they were behind. It has now been a month since the email update and nothing. I emailed again and got no reply. I tried to go to their website to request a refund and they have removed the website completely. I have read lots of reviews in the last few days with many others having this same issues in the last few months and have never received their orders also. They are scammers.

      I ordered 3 shirts on March 8, 2025. Its July 17th, still havent received my shirts! I emailed them 3 times! This company is beyond ridiculous!

      I purchased 2 t-shirts on February 20, 2025. I never received the merchandise. I have reached out several times regarding this issue. They have kept stating issues with deliveries and items would be shipped initially 2 weeks than 1 week. This however was months ago and I have yet to receive anything.
