I placed an order with Beacon Threads on May 3, 2025 totaling $44. It is now July 11th and I have yet to receive my order nor the refund I requested after contacting customer service 4 times! Initially I was asked to be patient because they are a small business and they hand craft their merchandise but my order would be shipped within 1-2 weeks. Another response was that it would be shipped in 10 days. My 3rd and 4th correspondence with this supposed Faith based company have gone unanswered. I suspect because I asked that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. In reading other complaints I notice what seems to be a pattern with this company of accepting money for merchandise and then failing to produce what was promised to be a quality product. At this point, I dont want an excuse or explanation, I simply want a refund. I also hope this company is no longer able to mislead consumers and take their money.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company on May 3, 2025 and still have no received my order. I have tried contacting by email and phone and I have had no luck. From researching, it seems that hundreds of other customers are in the same boat. It is like this company has just taken customers orders and money then disappeared. I ordered shirts from this company on April 25, 2025. Initially the company claimed that they were behind from the holidays, and that by shirts were delayed. I have placed several orders with this company and I have never had any issues. In fact I wasn't even aware that they had so many customer complaints. I placed my most recent order(if you can call it recent since it is now 07/10/25) on 03/30/25. I initially reached out to the company after one month to inquire about the status of my order. When you place an order, you get an email confirmation saying shipping time is 7-10 business days. After a month on 04/30/25 I sent an email inquiring about my order. While I awaited a response I looked around and I saw a new updated shipping estimate of 7-10 weeks. I received a response on 05/05/25 stating my order would ship out in 1-2 weeks. Ok fine. I sent a follow up email on 06/15/25 a month and a half after the last communication and I did not receive a response. I emailed again on 06/24/25 and received a response on 06/25/25 stating they were so sorry for the delay and my items would be shipped by the end of the week. I placed an for 5 T-shirts with Beacon Threads and I am yet to receive it.I have reached out 3x to them for resolution and when I do via the website's customer service number, I get this auto generated message "Hi there,Were so sorry for the delay in shipping your order, and we want to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.Please know that your order is very important to us, and weve already followed up with our shipping team to ensure it goes out within this week. As soon as it ships, youll receive a tracking update so you can follow its journey to you.Your kindness and patience truly mean the world to us.
