      Purchased over $70 in merchandise after seeing company highly promoting on social media but never received items. Reached out several times via email only to get a generic response that it will be prioritizing my order the same week. Of course, nothing ever came. The website has now been wiped clean. Submitted a formal complaint via ****** and they've now suddenly submitted tracking numbers to avoid accountability. I'm sure they're fake. This company needs to be investigated, there are plenty of cases online reading just the same.

      I placed an order on April 18, 2025.Didnt receive the items, reached to the company June 5th,2025 .I was assured my item would be delivered in two weeks. Reached out again July ******. No response .

      Ordered April 15th it is now July 7th and still nothing. Reached out multiple times about my order and they had an automated response. Now the business website is down. I asked if I was still getting my order or a refund and no response.

      On January 31, I ordered two products totalling $21.02. I have not received it since and I keep getting the run around about delays and will be shipping in a week or two. That was since February, April, and May when they keep telling me this. I would like my product but if I can't I'll like a refund.

      This company is a rip off. I placed an order on Friday, May 9, 2025, and still have not received it. I have emailed them several times and to date have not received my order, all I received was a automated email.

      Ordered items 6 may. It is now 6 July I have not received my items nor have they shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they have yet to resolve my due or offer a refund. This is sad and very frustrating

      I was sadly disappointed in this company. I placed an order from March 27th. Order # ****** total ***** initially warned about a slight wait while each order is being created to order . I sent multiple follow up emails for status and expectation of delivery in May and June. I would receive what seemed like an automated email that would ensure me that theyre still processing it. They would send it out within two weeks, to still wait - my last email on June 8th , 2025asked for a refund due to this delay and no more responses to previous emails - I have yet to hear anything back to this day . at this point I would never order from this company again I was patient , I trusted them to be a reputable ***************** and was eager to support and represent the merchandise to represent my ***** ***** but was disappointed.

      On April 29, 2025, I placed an order from this company's website for 4 items totalling $28.70. I emailed the company on May 8th inquiring about the delivery date of these items as I did not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number. The company responded on May 9, that they are experiencing delays and the item would be shipped in 1 to 2 weeks. ON June 7, I emailed the company again, as no shipping confirmation or item had been received. On June 9, the company responded that they would ship my item within 1 week. I still have not received any items or any shipping confirmation. On June 28th, I emailed the company requesting a refund. No response. I attempted to visit the website again and now the website and all of the company pages have been taken down. This company has operated in bad faith and I require a refund of the monies spent on items as they have now stolen from me.

      I placed an order with then 2/9/25. Said the order will taken 7-10 business day. Still have not received my order and it is now 7/5/25. I have emailed them over 10 times regarding the issue. They email back and saying they will send it out in two weeks and nothing has happened. I want a refund because that is ridiculous time. They are completely unprofessional and I fear it is too late to dispute it with my bank, because of the time period.

      I made an order on March 1st totaling $30.60 . Shipping was an additional $7.50. Processing time was stated to be 7-10 days and then what ever time standard shipping is. It is now JULY and most emails have been irresponsible. I have asked several times for either a tracking number or a refund. No answers have been given.
