      I order from this company and they never delivered my items. It has been 3 months. I emailed them and there was no response. All social media and website has been deleted. I have no other way to contact them. I have seen comments from hundreds of other people that they have done it to.

      I placed an order on April 12, 2025 for $66.34 that was never received. I contacted the business by email several times since placing the order and each time I received a response stating the order would be sent. I just tried to go on the website and it appears the site has been taken down.

      I placed an order with this company for 2 shirts on 5/19. The money was debited from my account, but I did not receive a confirmation email until 5/23/25, in which it stated my order would be ready in 7-10 business days.I could not locate any customer service information on the website or contact information. Now the website is not active, and I am out of my money and did not receive the merchandise. $31.88

      Ordered on April 12, 2025. Never received my product. Email the 6 times about the order and got 2 responses. Saying they were delayed but will ship soon. My last 2 emails haven't received a response. After research I found the company has shutdown their website and social media.

      The website Beacon Threads has now disabled their website and lots of people who have placed orders with the company in the last few months have taken to social media and are all collectively stating that the company has not fulfilled a large number of peoples orders and now have taken down their website and are not providing refunds just automated emails that say that they are behind because of back orders and customers will receive tracking numbers soon which is the same email that many customers have been getting since we placed our orders.

      This disgusting company never sent my products! I paid for a hoodie and a hat on April 4, 2025 and I have not received my product. No contact with company except for automatic email responses. Order number ******. I want a refund or my product!

      I ordered a $70 order back on 3/17/25. I have emailed them on more than one occasion (4/7, 4/10, 4/25, 5/13, 5/30, 6/12 & today 7/12. They replied 4/11, 5/3, & 5/14- claiming to fullfill my order asap). I have yet to receive my order or a reply since 5/14.

      I made an original order with the company Beacon Threads on March 18, 2025. I first contacted them on April 15 and they responded with an apology on April 22nd. Again I inquired about my orders on May 21st. They responded on May 22nd stating, At this time, the earliest estimated arrival would be in 1 to 2 weeks.I emailed them again on June 7th stating it had been over 10wks since my original order was made. They responded on June 9th stating, Weve already followed up with our shipping team to ensure that your order is sent out within this week. You can expect a tracking update shortly after it ships.Still not having received my items within the 1-2 was I emailed again on June 19th and again June 26th. I did not receive an email response from the company with either of these inquiries.I would like to know the nexts steps for making sure theyre held accountable.Thank you.

      I purchased 2 shirts on April 10, 2025 and paid $27.21 for them. The business website stated I would recieve my order within 7-10 business days. On May 12th I requested a status of my deliver and they stated they are running behind and would send them out within the week. After no response I sent another email on May 30th then recieved the same response. On June 17th I sent another email and have not recieved any response from them. When I tried to access their website is now showing as down. I looks like they have no plan to deliver the items or send me a refund.
