I placed an order on March 18, 2025 for t-shirts and was promised to receive them in 7 to 10 business days. As of today, I still haven't received the items. I have emailed the company on a few occasions and kept getting the run around. I even requested a refund and was ignored. Ordered on January 27th, 2025 and have yet to receive any items. Order was for $34.88 and no tracking number or further information has been provided. On 15 April 2025, I purchased a shirt from Beacon Threads for $22.41. After not receiving the shirt for 2-3 wks, I reached out via email to ask for an update. They gave me the blanket we are busy, please excuse the delay type message. I reached out 2 wks after that for another update and none was provided. On 29 May 2025, I requested a refund and I never received it. I reached out again on 30 June 2025 requesting a refund again. No response.Initial Complaint

Order was placed on 2/2/2025. Order #****** for $60.50. It is now June 30th and I still do not have my merchandise. I have received two emails confirming my shipment was not lost, but it had not been shipped and then it would be shipped by the end of that week. I ordered from beacon threads on April 27th 2025 in total of $68.56 paid in full. Their disclaimer stated 7-10 days processing/shipping timeframe. On May 27th 2025 I emailed customer service requesting an update. This is what I got back: We want to start by sincerely thanking you for your patience and support. Placed order for my kids on March 2, 2025 with their Christmas money. I waited patiently. Emailed them several times and I got the last response 3 days ago stating my shipment would ship out in 1-2 weeks. I want a full refund. Made a purchase on 3/18/25. Per the email received, confirming the order, it would take 7-10 business days to ship. Per the website 7-10 weeks to process as they are handmade. I have purchased from the company before and experienced slow shipping therefore I showed restraint and outreached on 6/6 asking about my order. I received a response about delays due to the holidays which was weird but I gave them another 2 weeks. Reached out again 6/20, received another response that in a week I would be receiving my tracking information. I have contacted them numerous times about an order placed early May and all I get it an automated same message response. They have blocked me on their ******** page and still have yet to send my order or issue a refund. I need my refund. Terrible customer service. Its basically a scam.
