      I ordered some shirts from Beacon Threads on March 21st. Order confirmation stated it would take 7-10 business days before it shipped. I followed up for info on my order April 28th to see where it was. Got a generic "sorry for the delay" email that said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. Followed up again May 27th with a response that said they would get me tracking that week. Followed up again June 16th with no response. Followed up again today, nothing. Now looking at reviews and complaints I see their website is down, FB is gone. They just scammed hundreds of people by the looks of it. With no actual way to contact them and no response to requests for refunds, they literally stole from their customers. Sad, because I've ordered from them a few times without issue in the past.

      I placed an order with Beacon Threads on April 29, 2025. It is now June 27, 2025. I started emailing the company on May 22, 2025, to see what the status on my order was because their processing time was 7-10 business days as stated on their website. At first, they were transparent about facing delays due to sales and I would receive a tracking number in 1-2 weeks. I waited another 3 weeks before I followed up with another inquiry about my items because I still had no gotten a tracking number. Since then, I have asked for a refund, and they have stopped responding.

      I purchase clothes from this almost a month ago from Beacon Threads company. I used my **************** gift card. I went on the website to check my order status but the site is down. I tried calling but there is no number. I emailed them but no answer back. Ive heard many things about others customers not getting their orders or refunded. I ordered from them before but this is the first time experiencing this.

      I placed an order for 10 shirts on May 10, 2025. At this time I haven't received the shirts or a refund. I have purchased from Beacon Threads in the past and orders did take 3-4 weeks to be delivered, product was always good. I have received 3 generic emails from them for my May 10th order but only after reaching out several times. Yesterday I received another email saying they hope to mail me the purchased items in 2 weeks, even though I ask for a refund. The companies website and Instagram page have been shut down also.

      Over month since order never recieved my order. Or tracking . Claim is behind due to holidays for weeks no holidays have u that backed up

      I submitted a purchase through Beacon Threads on March 19, 2025 for a total of $126.14. My order number was *****. I have emailed the company on at least 5 occasions. The last three emails, including two sent in the last week, were requesting a full refund since the items were not received in the time frame they were needed. The last email was received from them on 6/27/25 stating they are still working on fulfilling the order despite my continued attempts to tell them its too late and a refund is needed. It is a standard response to all emails sent.

      I ordered four T-shirts April 29, 2025 and was told that my T-shirt should be delivered within 7 to 10 days . it is now June 25, 2025 and I still have not received my four T-shirts. I have tried to contact this company several timesand only get generated emails. Theres no telephone number for me to call. Ive asked for refund several times no answer about the refund just a email response

      I placed my order March 22nd after the weeks of I believe 7 weeks I started emailing them. I asked for account order they said would get a tracking number never got that just kept emailing. I was able to login up until recently and now it shows unavailable on website.

      I placed an order on April 6, 2025 for approximately $68 worth of apparel from Beacon threads, LLC. As of June 26th, 2025 I have not received the items I ordered. I have sent multiple emails requesting updates on shipping. Ive received the same form email stating my order will ship in one to two weeks four times now. I will assume at thispoint that they will not be shipping my apparel and I have just lost money. This company has apparently scammed hundreds of people out of their money for orders. There is even a ******** group about them at this point.

      On April 22, 2025 I ordered a descent order online with Beacon Threads That Cost $78.38 in total I have ordered from them before but it had been a year or more. May 5, 2025I reached out checking on this order. I got an email back on May 7, 2025 that sounded like they have been sending to a lot of people. This email stated that they estimated orders to be shipped out next week 1 to 2 weeks signed ******* and ***** On June 4, 2025 I reached out again saying it's been well pasted the 2 weeks, On June ****** Their response was We've already followed up with the shipping team to ensure your order is sent out next week You can expect a tracking update shortly after it ships. This time they did not sign their names, just Beacon Threads. June 16, 2025 I emailed them again stating its been over a week since they were suppose to ship out. Can I get an update? no response June 23, 2025 I let them know its been 2 weeks now asking for another update. I asked if they can not fill this order to please send me a refund. No answer. I have looked on their website they shut it down. They shut down their ******** page as well and are not responding to emails. I am at a loss on what to do. They need to make this right but I have no other way to contact them.
