      Easy Rest Adjustable Beds has been calling me twice a day for months now. I have blocked the number every time they call and then they just call from another number. I have never purchased anything from them, I do not know how I am on their list. I have answered the phone and told them to stop calling me and take my number off their list, but they keep calling. This is making me crazy; they call every single day. I want it to stop. I don't know how they are allowed to keep harassing people that have no interest in doing business with them.

      Easy Rest Adjustable Beds calls my cell phone daily from different numbers every time which I have attempted to block. I did not express any interest in the products. They are just cold calling someone who is not interested and ringing my phone without cause.

      This company calls several times a day and doesn't say anything when you pick up. I can't block the calls because they use different numbers. What is the point of doing this? Please make the calls stop!!

      I have been receiving calls from this company at least once a day for the last several months. I have blocked every single number that they call from, but there are always new numbers. I have no affiliation with this company or any interest in whatever they're selling. It's harassment at this point. I want my number added to their DO NOT CALL List and my address removed from their records. I will file a harassment case otherwise.

      I have never done business with this company nor have i inquired information but they continue to call my phone number day and night from different states all different area codes i block them then they call from a different number i want the calls to stop I think this is some scam or something but whatever the reason i just want the calls to STOP!       Many, Many calls from this business. I never ask for information from them and there are LOTS of calls from LOTS of different numbers from all over the US. Blocking numbers daily, they never quit coming in from all over! No central number to call and cancel??? Please stop calls!

      On Nov. 23, 2022 a salesperson came to my home to discuss a superior adjustable mattress and bed frame, delivery, and set up with me. Also was promised that any medical issues that I have would be resolved using the adjustable mattress. It was a scam. She lied to me about other beds being made in *****, and how superior their product was with a lifetime warranty. I was pressured by salesperson, and told that the sale was only good for that day. A friend and I researched company and products on Thanksgiving Day, and I was very disappointed since most reviews were bad about poorly made mattress, frame, poor service, and overpriced product. She even set up a finance plan while discussing product details. I was told monthly rate. I asked about interest rate. Very high. I paid $6302.60 via check from credit card company. Signed paper to cancel my order and mailed it on 11/25/22. I was notified by my credit card company that the check had been cashed. I never scheduled delivery, since I sent in cancellation paper. Papers also said that I did not have to give a reason for my cancellation. I only heard from ****** asking when I want delivery. I have heard nothing about the cancellation or refund from the company. I recently contacted their customer service via email. No order or reference number on the paperwork. just my name, address, etc. Since I don't have their bed in my possession, it should be easy for them to refund the money that I paid.

      ************ recently emailed asking about a pillow by email & nothing mentioning about canceling her order.I personally responded to the email letting her know we will be bringing the pillow on delivery. We spoke to her trying to set delivery several times in November and December, but she was in *********** to care for her mother. Again,we spoke on December 19th, & she was still in **. If a cancellation was mailed 11/25/22, why would she not inform the delivery department that she cancelled the order, instead let them know she was out of town & couldnt take delivery on the day we were in her area. We never received a cancellation with a post **** 11/25/22, but we now have received an email dated 1/24/23 stating she would like to cancel. Being this is her first time ever mentioning wanting to cancel the purchase, I am a little confused to why all the negativity against a company that was never informed of the cancellation, not even when ************ herself delayed delivery do to being out of town. We will certainly handle the cancellation request.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response from Easy Rest does mention cancelling the order but does not mention processing a refund to me for the check that they cashed in the amount of $6302.60. The reason why I asked about the pillow is because I was told that I was supposed to receive the pillow as a gift for listening to the presentation.  Since I sent the cancellation paper on 11/25/22, I assumed that Easy Rest received it before 12/1/22.  I did not mention the fact that I had sent the cancellation paper to ******, because I knew that he would try to negotiate a discount to talk me into not cancelling.  Your terms state that I don't have to give a reason.  That is why I did not mention it.  I spoke to ***************************** on 1/26/23.  He agreed to press a button to cancel the order after offering me a 50% discount.  I need to be reimbursed for the check that you cashed without delivery of your product. Once you state in writing that I will receive a refund, I will agree to your response to BBB.

      This company is repeatedly calling me once or twice a day. It is bordering on harassment! Every time I block the number they change the number. I would like my number blocked from their calling list!
