      Me and my husband have tried contacting this company for months now. Every number they have we called no answer. Now we have learned that this company has been shut down. We have an issue with our beds the just continue to run without even using the remote. And now we cant even find these people to file a claim.

      We purchased a bed from them in February 2023. The bed has stopped working. We have requested different mattresses because none of the mattresses that they have sent live up to the standards that they supposedly set and now when the last of their mattresses that we had Are swinging in the middle like they promised that they wouldnt. I have been trying to contact their customer service number and it says that it is no longer available. We are paying on a bed that is destroyed and cannot contact them to get a new mattress, which is in the contract .

      This adjustable bed was delivered to my brother (******* *****) in ************ on 7/21/22.He used it about 3 months when he ended up in a nursing home. I thought it was going to be temporary, but after several months, it ended up permanent. I moved him to ** to a local nursing ******* July 2023 I had cleared out his apartment and had his bed delivered to my home in **. It has sat assembled in my spare room, unused. My brother passed away December 2023 I finally got around to placing it for sale, delayed as my husband was on home Hospice and he passed away 6 days after my brother. I had a possible buyer but upon showing how the bed works, the head got stuck up in the air. Upon checking, the motor for the head was hot. I had to take it apart to get the head part to go down. The motors have a lifetime warranty. I have tried calling the company for 3 days and just get a message stating this number is not available, try another ******** I can't even sell this broken bed that only has 3 months use!Their contact number is **************.There is no way to contact them by email

      I had found a email address for Easy Rest and tried sending an email to them.

      The next day I received a "this message Is undeliverable" reply. They should receive a poor rating for service.

      I had someone get the adjustable base working again and am donating it to a disabled veterans group.

      on 2/8/22, a salesman(*** *******) representing Easy Rest visited my home and sold me an adjustable bed with a lifetime warranty based on resolving my edema and swelling of my feet and legs. The adjustable bed no longer works and my health is suffering. I even upgraded my contract from a queen bed to a king bed. My contract went from up $5251.76 to $6247.64 for the upgrade. I have been unable to reach the company at two (2) different phone numbers ************* customer service: ************ sales office). The company's address is **********************************************. I have copies of all the documents and would like the bed fixed or my purchased price refunded.

      purchased 7/24/2019 from Easy Rest Adjustable sleep system ******************* 20 yr warranty on mattress and foundation . part on foundation broken bed wont raise and lower correctly. tried several phone numbers and emails no response.

      I purchased a XL Twin bed and was sold a Twin. All of the contact information that I was given is invalid. The purchase date was 10/16/23 and the contract number is ******. I paid $200 upfront and payments of $123.52 to Premier Credit at *****% interest.

      Been trying to reach this company thru several numbers and emails on there site about a motor failed with life time warranty phones just hang up instantly and no response to any emails

      Easy Rest sent a high-pressure sales associate to a low-income senior housing facility and took advantage of my mother, a senior who has a very limited income. Several times she said she wanted to consult me before purchasing and he kept pressuring her and telling her how good of a deal it was and only available this one time and talked her into signing the paperwork on the spot. After it arrived and she found it was not comfortable and did not work for her she tried to return it and found out there are no returns and no trial period, all sales final. She asked an attorney who volunteers with the group on occasion and was advised to "just top paying" but my mother does not feel that is appropriate. She only recently told me about the situation as she is embarrassed, feels shame, and taken advantage of. This is a despicable business practice that takes advantage of our seniors. She is still paying, but that means that she cannot afford other necessities and goes without frequently. If this happened to my mother, I'm sure it's happening elsewhere. I can provide amounts and paperwork, but I don't have them with me today.
