      Mattress on my barely 2 year old easy rest adjustable bed is broke. Tried to contact customer service via phone numbers provided. All numbers are diconnected. I'm wanting someone to contact me

      We purchased two king size beds from easy rest and happy with them!
      But one needs the mattress replaced to extra firm mattress like the other one has on it. We have not been able to get a hold of anyone at all the numbers given !

      My name is ********* ***** I am a 72
      Year old elderly women . I use easy rest to help me get in my bed . The bed has stoped working . I’ve tried calling this company and cannot get through . I am still within my warranty . I really need someone to come out and help me with my bed . I spent over $5,000 for this bed please help .

      02/11/2023 I purchased this adjustable sleep system on this date and on the 20th of February 2024 the rail that makes the bed go up and down bent and now the bed will not go down all the way. I started calling the company on the 20th of February and the only thing that is stated when I call is the call cannot be completed at this time and to try your call later. I have a warranty on this bed and parts and want my bed fixed. It was not installed until 03/01/2023

      The business started in January 2023 when I was considering buying one of the beds after seeing demonstrations I decided I wanted the bed. Sometime after about 2 weeks or more I decided, I could not afford a ********* bed. So I had put ******** down. Weeks went by and the representative tried to convince me to buy the bed. Months went by then finally in January I received a ****** refund check and two weeks later went to the bank to deposit the check only to find out that the bank account for the check had been closed. That was in early February 2024 since I have been try to call and either no answer and now on 2/29/24 phone just cuts off. The company **** me ******** not ****** I want my refund. I dont know where to turn, they have held my money for a whole year and now I cant reach them. I left several messages on answering service never got a call bac.

      On 4/30/2018 a representative from easy rest came to my house ****** **** to discuss me wanting to purchase a adjustable bed I am handicap with spinal stenosis and need a adjustable bed to relieve pain and had health issues with my legs requiring elevation and the vibration is needed to block nerve pain. Im unable to take prescribed medicine due to allergies to everything.we settled on a bed with lifetime warranty on motors three weeks ago I heard the massage motor spark when I adjusted my bed and it quit working. Upon flipping the bed there is visible a broken wire. I called a minimum of 35 times to every easy rest number I could find got recording to hold I spent 5 hours on hold never once getting a live person to talk to. Total cost was $3,022.76 finance charges were $1,238.68 $4361.44 which I see now they added my down payment back to the price I bought this in good faith. 5 years and no one will answer to get part repaired or replaced. What good is a warranty if I cant get repairs or parts I feel like I was scammed into a piece of junk. I needed a dependable bed that was going to last. No parts available, its worthless if the other motors go. And the mattress has a 20 year. A warranty that isnt worth the paper its written on. I dont have the means to buy another bed. Just an off brand base is over $1,000 without the massage. I feel I should be reimbursed for at least the cost of a new base

      I bought my bed in 2018. I have sleep apnea, fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome, so I bought the premier model. It helped every condition and I was very happy with it. It had a 60-year warranty. This past Dec. it stopped responding to the remote, so none of the features are available. I have tried to call all the numbers I could find in ****** and their website repeatedly, and I have gotten no response. An automated response answers, but a human never does. I cant find anyone at any other store who will come out to fix it. I really want it fixed, or have them pay for another, similar type bed that I can buy at a local store. I cant remember how much I paid, but I know it was more than I can afford now.

      I have a dual King. Last year in April 2023, had to replace motor on 1 bed. Currently, the opposite is no longer working. I have called every # and waited over 30min.several times and no one picks up. Or the phone just rings. It bad enough that I had $350 w ER in 2023 which came to my surprise and now to have to do it again- but no one will answer the phone. My husband has back surgery & needs to get this fixed. By the way, in 2023 The $350 charge was for someone to come out &install new motors which is observed. The bed has lifetime warranty but the merchant chrg $350 up front to complete. Absurd

      the beds were purchased on 01/19/23 delivered 01/25/23. all that I want is working phone number to get some service on the remote controls. one of them has stopped working on this timer function that we use allot. if covered under the warranty that would be good. if not we will purchase new ones. snb are HS407 and HS408.thank you
