      The bed was not used very much but already one base is not working. We are trying to locate someone to come look at it and fix it. They don't answer ANY of their toll free or local numbers. Terrible business.

      I returned split King sheets and Mattress heating pad. They instructed (Jeff ******) me to return the items and they would send me the replacement items. The returned items were mailed in November. I have not heard from the company since. No one answers theit phone. I called multiple numbers. Customer service at (###-###-####), support ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and Corporate at ###-###-####. Are they still in business.

      I purchased an Easy Rest Adjustable System with a wired remote on 12/16/2016. The remote or motor on the bed recently stopped functioning. I have a lifetime warranty on the motor. I have tried calling the customer support number (800) 523-5383, contact phone number (800) 768-3178 and the main number (800) 677-8200 several times but no one answers. I don’t know if the company is still in business or not. I just want some one from the company to contact me to arrange for a technician to come and assess and/or make the necessary repairs.

      Phone calls nonstop daily starting at 8am and at least 3x or more per day for many months, perhaps even a year with constant calls. We never answer. Our answering machine is turned on but they never leave any messages. We think some of the numbers could be fraud, there are so many different phone numbers calling from the same company with slightly different ID name. I have 6 different phone numbers for them so far.

      Easy Rest will not stop calling me, its been months. I've asked them to stop and take me off calling. I block them and they just call from different numbers every time. Prob spoofing. I'm seriously about to get a lawyer and file harassment suit against them if this isn't resolved.

      This company calls and I have asked them to stop. I tell them to take me off their call list. Over and over they call all day and some after 8:00pm. This is now harassment and needs to stop.

      Easy Rest Beds have been harassing me for months. I have blocked every number they have called me from but they keep getting new numbers and keep calling. I get 2 or 3 calls every day. I just want them to stop. They have my home and cell number and I have yelled at them to stop but I think they are robot calls. Please help

      Since September 9th, I've been getting phone calls from Er Systems. They leave no voice message, and I've tried to ignore them in the hopes they believe the number is unused but clearly they are not budging. I want them to stop blowing up my phone with their calls. I even attempted to block their numbers but they end up calling me again on a new number they acquire. I want them to stop harassing me immediately. I don't want their business. I also want them to stop selling my information and giving it to their other associate businesses as I've received tons of phone calls from Er Bedding, Er Adjustables, and more recently from Easy Rest almost every single day.
      I have provided a few examples of how many times they call my phone in the documentation uploads.
