      My bed was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days which a date was set and agreed upon for June 2, 2023 and it was canceled due to their truck breaking down. I was told by ****** that it would be rescheduled for another date but still haven't got the delivery date. As my household and another household is being inconvenienced by this due to moving my old bed to my neighbors house and they take time off from work to do the rescheduling. I called again on June 5, ************************************* time. He hung the phone up on me without giving me answers.

      First of all, we would like to apologize for the delivery delay. 
      We make every attempt to deliver the product when we give our customers a date and time. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances like these made it impossible for us to keep our scheduled appointment on June 2, 2023.

      On June 5th, we spoke to the customer and informed her that we would be delivering her bed on 06/08/2023.   We told her we would call her on June 6th to give her a delivery timeframe for 06/08/2023.

      We made several calls today 06/06/23 and have been unable to reach the customer.  We will continue to reach out.

      I received some cards in the mail entailing I was in a drawing for a new bed. Then I was contacted and told that I had won the bed and someone needed to come by to show me the bed. The representative from Easy Rest came by and told me about the bed and explained the features. When discussing the bed, the representative then told me I had to buy the bed. He told me that it would be a bed, including a headboard, footboard and mattresses. The representative was ***** *********. ********* quoted a price and told me I would be responsible for submitting payments to Easy Rest. Upon delivery, I didn't receive a bed, instead, I received a mattress with a remote. Also, I received payment vouchers for PCI (**********************). I was not informed that I was taking out a line of credit. I was not told I would have to pay interest. I was delivered a mattress instead of a bed. Also, the price I was quoted by ********* was a different price that I received in the mail. I'm 85 years old. I was misled by Easy Rest and their representative *********. I've paid more than the amount due, and instead of sending me another payment voucher, they've skipped a month in sending out another payment voucher. Due to my age and disabilities, I can't sleep in the bed. At my age, I continued to make payments because they threatened it would mess up my credit. My granddaughter, ******* T. ****, ************, has assisted me with filing this complaint. Today, she also assisted me in contacting Easy Rest to come get their mattress and terminate the contact that they misled me into signing. My granddaughter has assisted me, and continues to assist me in my affairs due to my loss of hearing and my usage of hearing aids. At my age, I don't want any problems and I don't want anyone taking money out of my account. My granddaughter and I respectfully asked Easy Rest to resolve this by ending this, but the company refused. I feel I was an easy target due to my age and disability in hearing.

      On February 27, 2023 a salesman named **** ********* came to my home to tell myself and my husband about the Easy Rest beds. My husband is an Army veteran who broke his back while in the Army. He has a lot of damage to his body. I have also broken my back and my body is not in tip top shape. We have gone and bought 5 beds in the almost 5 years since I came to ********. None have been good. You salesman sold us on what this "amazing" mattress can do for us. He basically told us that this bed will be the last one we will ever have to buy and that it will fix our sleep problems. Less pain, more sleep, more rest, perfect bed for us. It took longer than it should have to deliver our bed. That should have been a warning. They knocked off money for the "inconvenience". We were in ********** when it was delivered so it sat UNUSED for almost two weeks. Once we got home, the first night we had really good sleep. We had been driving for a long time so anywhere but the car would have been perfect. The second night we expected the same or better sleep but it did not happen. It still has not happened! I have called the joke that is customer service to complain about it. I have gotten many people telling me to rotate the mattress or wait 90 days for the mattress to be broken in or, my personal favorite, to spend more money and get a mattress pad. I was also told they could get us a softer model but when they looked again, we have the softest mattress they make. A cinderblock for a pillow and the concrete would be softer than this mattress!!!! I have called numerous times to complain about the bed and us not being happy with it. It is uncomfortable, we hurt WORSE after we get out of bed than with our old bed. They do not stand behind their product and will not help us out. We want a full refund and for them to remove this piece of trash garbage bed back. It should be criminal to charge this much money for such a trash bed. I don't mind the price but it should help me not hurt me!!!

      I have never heard of them or ever been to their website or looked them up. They keep calling me. This has been going on for the past couple of months. 3 or 4 calls a day. They started calling from different numbers that I had to block as well. Finally, I wasn't receiving calls anymore and thought I blocked all the number, but this morning I got a call from from a number with my same area code. I answered it and IT WAS THEM. I blocked that number too buy how many different numbers do they have. And why are they continuing to call me when I never even interacted with them?

      I am rejecting this response because: it is ridiculous that I had been called numerous time A DAY. And if you look up reviews, I am not the only one being harassed by this company. It is so surprising how many different numbers this company tries calling from. No matter how many o block, more and more keep being create and call me. I do wish to be placed on the Do Not Call List. However, as I have previously mentioned, I am not the only one who is going through this and receiving these calls. It's even questionable how they got my number in the first place, then for them to call me over a long period of time multiple times a day is literally psychotic behavior.

      This company spam calls me several times a day from various numbers in various area codes. I have tried to tell them to put me on their no call list but they have hung up on me when I do so.

      This business keeps repeatedly calling from numerous numbers in different area codes. There is no one to contact to get off the call list. I never submitted my number to be contacted, yet have received a harassing amount of phone calls daily.

      We have been receiving multiple unsolicited phone calls from this company, from multiple area code and phone numbers. Our phone number is already on the National Do Not Call list. These unsolicited and unwanted phone calls will stop immediately, or legal action will be taken.
