Easy Rest Adjustable beds had been calling me since October several times a day. My phone number has been registered on the do not call list since 2005. The phone calls are coming from different numbers every time.Business Response

I get so many spam calls from ********* adjust. I block every number but they just call me from a new number the next time. They do not leave any voicemail. I have NEVER contacted them or gave them my information. I have never been a customer of theirs. These calls are getting really annoying and I wish they would stop. I have found multiple complaints online about other people getting spam calls from them as well.Business Response

Constant calls that come up on the caller ID as easy rest adjustable. I am on the national do not call list therefore I should not be receiving these calls at all. These calls are disrespectful at the time that they come in. And sometimes come several times A-day. Your shoddy practices make it impossible to block a single number. Do something.Business Response

I am receiving several calls a day from this company. Every time, the Caller ID number is different, The Caller ID name is Easy Rest Adj. I have never done business with this company or ever made an inquiry to them or any inquiry to any business about adjustable beds. I am on the National Do Not Call list. I see most of their responses to this type of complaint is to put the complainant's phone number on their DNC list. This is unacceptable. The law says they DO NOT CALL any number on the national list. It is not the responsibility of the person being called to do this with every violator of the National Do Not Call List. I am and have been receiving many calls a day for over a month from Easy Rest Adjustable Beds. I try and block their numbers but they call from different numbers all over the **. We did respond to BBB that the phone number was incomplete and we needed a different phone number. We never heard back from BBB so we reached out to the individual via the email he provided and got a corrected phone number and added it to our DNC on 01/11/2023
