On 2/2025, I had $46,000 worth of work done for windows by the business. I have been trying to get an itemized bill and reimbursement for the cost of the haul, which I was charged for and they did not haul anything, in fact, I had to pay another company to do that. My insurance company is requesting this information in order for me to receive my reimbursement and the business is not providing it to me as the representative previously told me. When I contacted the business directly, I was told that this information would be provided to me within 48 hours, but that also never happened. I would just like for the business to provide me with the information that I have requested multiple times, which has been on going for a few weeks with no results. I am on a time schedule with my insurance company and would like the business to make resolution to my requests.Business Response

Hello ****.
Just following up on our earlier email about the itemized list and rebate.
I'm working with our sales team to see what they can come up with but if you can tell me which windows you specifically need it will be much easier to get a list.
Also, I don't see your answer to the $750 rebate. I can still send that if you want while we try to get the list together.

I hired Window Nation in July of 2022. The project was completed on July 20th and 21st of 2022. They were hired to install 11 new windows and a new sliding glass back door. paid $16,123.00.winter of 2022 we had water leaking underneath our sliding glass door. Window Nation sent out a new team member that had to reinstall and seal it properly. We began to have a leak into our home whenever it would storm. The team that installed our windows failed to seal and install the window properly. I discovered an abundance of water damage and mold after removing some drywall. I contacted Window Nation who sent out a manager. I had to move my family out due to mold. When the manager arrived he told me he reviewed the team who handled my install and immediately knew what the problem was going to be. The manager said all but one of my windows were improperly installed. The manager admitted Window Nation was at fault and would pay for all the damages. He told me to get an estimate for the remediation and repair. Window Nation sent out a team about 2 weeks later who had to reinstall all the windows but one. The manager was provided with a detailed estimate for the remediation and repairs. For the next three weeks I was told the process was moving along and they had submitted it to insurance. They told me to expect hearing from someone with the insurance company. No one ever called. Finally, I got the insurance information from the manager and called them myself. They had no record of a claim being opened. I had to open a claim myself with the subcontractors insurance. Window Nation has offered no service to help my family during the time of being separated from our home for two months now. The regional manager told us that their insurance company will compensate us. At this point we have received no compensation or money to pay for the repairs. Our home still isnt repaired. The insurance company of the subcontractor, **************************, is still investigating at this time.Customer Answer

I am actively in contact with the insurance investigator through ******** insurance and spoke with her this morning. However, that is the subcontractor's insurance company and someone I should not be dealing with to this extent. I should be dealing with Window Nation. I last spoke with their regional manager on Monday, June 2, 2025. I haven't talked with the install manager since, May 20. I am hoping to have a conversation with someone today from Window Nation to further the issue.Business Response

I meet with ***** ***** to discuss replacing 6 windows at my residence on 2/21/2025 and at the end of our meeting a contract was signed for the replacement of 6 windows for the sum of ********. On 02/27/2025 a Window Nation measuring tech come to my home to take window measurements and he recommended that we should keep the same window grid patterns uniformed throughout the house, which I was agreeable to this recommendation and the additional cost for adding grids into all 6 window panels. On 03/04/2025 they sent a change order forms via email reflecting the additional charge for adding the grid pattern, which I signed the new revised contract. On 04/30/2025, 6 windows were installed but after doing the walk through after the installment was completed. I realized that they had installed the wrong windows. because none of the windows had the grid ****** design. I spoke with ** *********, on 04/30/2025 and he reassured me that they would correct the error and that new window panels would be reordered that day. He also stated I would be notified when the new window panels arrived and scheduled a new installment date to have them installed. I am rejecting this response because:Subject: Follow-Up Request for Refund Unresolved Window Grid Installation Issue Dear Window Nation Team, I am writing to follow up on an unresolved issue regarding my window installation order. On July 3, 2025, your technician visited my home to reinstall six window panels with grid patterns, as the original installation had incorrectly included windows without grids. At the conclusion of the service, I was asked to sign an electronic document which noted that only one windowthe bathroom windowcould not be replaced due to it requiring a frosted grid panel. However, after the technician left, I did a walk-through and discovered that in fact, two windows were not replaced and remain without the grid pattern that I originally ordered and paid for. I contacted your office immediately to report this discrepancy and requested reimbursement for the two incorrect windows, as I was charged for grid installations that were not completed. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a follow-up call or resolution. At this point, it has been over two months since the original installation date, and Window Nation has not fulfilled the terms of the order. I am respectfully requesting a refund for the two windows that still do not have the grid design as ordered. Please address this matter promptly. I would appreciate written confirmation of the refund or an alternative resolution within 7 business days. I am hopeful that we can resolve this amicably without having to escalate further. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, ****** ****

I am sorry but I am confused. I was called by a female who advised my window would not be replaced under warranty. She also advised if I want the window replaced it would cost $500.00. I read the contract to her and she had no response.
Does this mean that I can have the window replaced and I don't have to pay $500.00.
Please advise if this is correct.

A year ago I was contacted by Window Nation every day for weeks, I finally answered their call to tell them not to call me again and to put me on their do not call list. I began receiving calls from them again recently, I answered a call today and told them once again, to put me on their do not call list and not to call me again. Instead of doing this, the representative pushed and refused to put me on a do not call list, and insisted I provide them my information. Not only is this illegal, but also highly annoying and immoral. I'd rather not be contacted by this business, I don't need a phone call every day, if I wish to continue business with this group, I will reach out.Business Response
