1 starWe contracted with Window Nation for over 40 windows, in June of 2024, a very expensive job. At our install at the end of September of 2024, the installers told us that two of our bedroom windows were not functional; the following week we failed our village inspection due to other windows being 'sticky'. It took over SIX MONTHS for our windows to be repaired. It took from the install until the middle of February, before parts were even ordered to fix the two windows, and then they WEREN'T the right parts. On three separate occasions, someone was sent to my home to measure the broken windows, even though they were the same windows they installed and measured prior to and after the failed install. I was escalated to many managers in the company who apologized and promised to rectify the situation. After the initial phone call by each, I never saw any effort from them to rectify the situation; no follow-up phone calls, checks on progress, etc. When things were finally fixed, the Manager-Branch Installation told me that my work was considered warrantee work and given we hadn't yet paid in full, they had only fixed them in good faith, to ensure a good customer experience. I wasn't going to pay my final payment, when the install wasn't complete (I was even advised of that by my salesman); how could windows that wouldn't open on install ever be considered warrantee work versus completing the job they were hired to do? Window Nation had so many opportunities to make this right, yet they failed. Their customer service should be reviewed and focus made on mass improvements. I would never, in good conscience, recommend them to another consumer.Review fromEugene H

1 starthis company no showed on an appointment I scheduled with them. on multiple calls to get this appointment the major concern was if my spouse would be there. the last call was even more concentrated on this and the person would not listen to me an kept talking over me to the point I said I asked for an appointment to get a quote not a lesson in poor sale practices. I said I would be home for the scheduled appointment you can decide if you want to show up or not. I guess in these times they do not need more business.Review fromColleen M

5 starsMy brother had his whole house done by Window Nation 3 years ago and had a great experience. He referred me and I had two patio doors installed. The service, the notifications, getting permits were all done by Window Nation. The installers were respectful, professional, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. I had a very good experience and recommend them, will be calling them for my windows next year! Very happy with the whole process.Review fromVan P

1 starThey are salespeople - lots of promises, over charges and then don’t follow through. We felt played. Better to go with someone local who does what they say they do. And don’t fall for the gift card trick if you let them give you a quote first. You will never see it and they will take 2+ hours of your time to give you a ridiculously high quote,Review fromMelanie G

1 starTerrible, horrible experience, run fast away from Window Nation. Spend a few dollars more for quality and reliable and responsive customer service. NO project manager on site before, during or after install. No information that windows would be installed from the INside of the house, eliminating all windowsills and making all current blinds not fit. Promise of travel voucher at point of sale, which Never came, even after a call to complain and request it. No privacy glass offered for bathroom facing front of house. No options given, just money taken. No follow up! No Service. Worst $14,000 I've ever spent!Review fromTyler A

1 starDo not use window nation. They have predatory practice for quoting. The salesman quoted more windows than I had. I asked him about it then he lowered the number. Then when I told him my hesitation the price magically lowered another few thousand. I then told him I had another quote that was lower and he laughed and said he needed proof. (This is via text). I sent it and he then took the route of being defensive and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company with this deceitful practice. Salesman names was *****.Review fromMatthew A

1 starWindow Nation Review: Horrible experience with entryway door installation. The sales team lied and manipulated to make a sale. The installer did not do everything promised and did sloppy work. The customer support team is useless. The management staff does not respond to issues with installs. I have had better customer service from my cable and internet provider. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYReview fromMary G

5 starsWe are thrilled with our Window Nation windows. From start to finish, we were treated with respect and courtesy. **** ******* is exceptional. He has helped us every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. We had many questions and he answered all of them. After the installation, his job was not done. He continued to answer the questions we failed to asked at the time,. The windows are amazing and we are looking forward to many years of service and lower utility bills. The install team worked well together and cleaned up nicely. We had a couple of questions about the installation that were quickly resolved expertly. I highly recommend Window Nation! We have been through the process of replacement windows at our former home and neither of them went nearly as smoothly as Window Nation. Highly recommend!!Review fromfyza s

1 starI was informed that someone would come to my home to measure the windows. During my initial phone call with your team, I provided all the necessary details, including my address, confirmation of homeownership, and the number of windows needing installation. I was told that someone would contact me to schedule an in-home appointment. However, no one followed up, and instead, I received a quote via email on May 2, 2025, from a sales representative named ***** ****** ***** offered a 50% discount, claiming it was the current monthly promotion. However, during my initial phone inquiry, I confirmed multiple times that the promotion for the month of May is 60% off. Not only did ***** misquote the discount, but he also stated that the 50% offer was expiring that very day—an inaccurate and misleading claim, considering the actual promotion runs through the entire month. Additionally, ***** stated that the windows were measured using EagleView, yet the quote he provided only included 13 windows, despite my clear request for 14. It took several days of back-and-forth communication, along with multiple phone calls to Window Nation (none of which led to resolution). Eventually, ***** responded with a quote for the 14th window at $745 but failed to specify which window this referred to. This raised further questions, as I was previously told by another representative that window pricing depends on size and specifications—not a flat rate. In one of his emails, ***** compared Window Nation’s promotions to Black Friday deals at **** *** or ******, suggesting the 50% offer was a limited-time deal available for just a day or two. This analogy was both misleading and incorrect, as confirmed the 60% discount was valid for the entire month of May. ***** has now moved to a new narrative that 60% discount is just on material. Whereas the discount as per multiple confirmations from Window Nation states that 60% discount should be applied on labor + material (not JUST MATERIAL).
