      BUY LOCAL. This is a national corporation focused on profit, not customer satisfaction. After 3 months of spending multiple days and hours waiting for our installation to be completed the right way, I requested a partial refund to compensate us for our time and aggravation. *****, the MN branch manager, verbally agreed that we were due something back. The amount I requested not was unreasonable - it was more than fair. However, when time came to refund us, ***** ghosted us, citing "staff shortages." When our case landed at corporate HQ in the ************************ corporate simply bounced it back to *****. We never received the small refund we requested. There is no one locally or at corporate that cares one iota about the customers, and their system is designed so you can never directly reach the person you need to talk to. There is no Vice President of ***************** which speaks volumes. Apparently, no one in the *********************** cares that my case has never been resolved to my satisfaction. Window Nation simply doesn't care. They can afford to have an unsatisfied customer among its millions - but your local contractor can't. I regret not buying from a local contractor who relies on good reviews and satisfied customers.

      We were lied to by sales representative. The product sold is does not exist. We were the told contract had been canceled and was not. We will see this through linagation. Do not let them in your home.

      We had French doors installed by Window Nation 2 years ago. On what was supposed to be installation day, the installers noticed that the door was built to swing right and not left so we had to wait another weeks for them to come out and install. We originally chose the install date because my wife and I were off that day. The next install time we had to have family member come out as we were not able to take off work. The install took most of the day. The doors themselves looked nice however the job by no means was complete. The exterior caulking job was some of the worst I've seen. For $17,000 I expected much more. The exterior flashing piece on the door itself that had to be specially cut to fit around the locking mechanism was of poor craftmanship and that almost a year after original install had to be replaced. The installers got paint on the threshold that was never removed and remains there today. When the painted the exterior lock, they left a huge streak on the door around the lock that was never touched up. The handles on both doors never seemed right and when the repair person came out was adamant the handles were not broken and that was how they were designed and operated. Everyone I've shown the handles who is in the business claims the handles are not functioning properly. And the most most recent issues is the deadbolt not locking if someone was forceful, they could easily push through the door with the deadbolt on it. I have found it rather difficult with contacting and setting up a time for them to come out in the past but for what we paid for these doors and the reputation they claim to have with quality in the industry I would not recommend this company.

      I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The initial sales pitch hook line and sinkered us in to leave is incredibly disappointed. The install was trash. They forgot to put insulation in our windows. Forgot to put nail plugs in our windows leaving most of our windows with numerous holes. The trim coil that was replaced looked as if my 4 year old did it, full of bumps and exposed nails. They broke the trim while replacing our sliding glass door. Theyve told us they would replace it, but its now been two weeks and thats not yet happened. They also cracked trim around our kitchen window and didnt mention it so I had to be the one to ask for that to also be replaced. Ours kids bedrooms already have condensation on the windows and to top it off, Ive found dozens of loose screws around my house. Which is so dangerous since I have two small children. Now, if the company would have better communication skills, I wouldnt be upset about any of this. However, the people whove helped us have been anything but helpful. They dont call us back, they just give us the run around about getting someone out to fix it, which has yet to happen 3 weeks late. I wish I could give a zero star review, as Im beyond frustrated with this company.

      They have a great seller's representation ( feels like bying a time share, with all the promises ) and when it comes to warranty it is very difficult to have the company honoring your rights. I have been attempting for more than 2 weeks. I have a 5 year warranty and have replaced the window last year. Noted that the caulk is peeling, caulk is retracting and growing mold. A technician came, verdict was to wash with water and vinegar, replace myself, and patching should be enough. They state the caulk is suppose to be a lifetime caulk

      I first met with a Sales *** from Window Nation in September 2025. I was quoted my windows would be installed in October 2025. Since that date it has continually changed (5 times minimum) and has been delayed with dates not consistent between their customer service (which is a disappointing service to say the least) and District Manager and Sales ***.! I have never been given a reason to the delays or where I am on their installation list! I will not talk with them on the phone anymore as they give false and inaccurate information just trying to keep you from cancelling the windows! It is wasted breath and I have now requested all information from them via e-mail as they are not trustworthy! I have been in customer service my whole career and never run into a horrible business like them! I have had several estimates and it has taken me over 2 years to decide and part of the reason I went with them is they have a female Sales *** (which was very important to me) and they could guarantee the installation quickly (that was definitely not true)! As an elderly widowed female I question whether I am being taken advantage and/or discriminated against due to my age etc.! I am educated and did research; however I did not look at their complaints on the BBB; which as of now I will always do as seeing the complaints I would have never signed a contract with them! They get you in the door and then leave you stranded with false contracts from what I can tell!

      Worst experience ever. They rescheduled 3 times. Delivered the wrong windows. Installed trim over the siding. Only one installer spoke English. Said they would compensate me $750 for all the trouble we went through. Never received it. **************** said they would forward my complaint to the sales department and they would get back to me. After over 6 months, nothing. Dont use them, you may regret it.

      Terrible customer service. There is no one that gets back with you in a timely manner. They will not give out last names, emails or phone numbers of people that have spoken with you previously. I would be very cautious about doing a large project that requires time and effort on their part. Bullied into the project by the sales department to give down payment and have not received any response or refund. Maybe if you were doing a couple easy windows they would be fine. I personally moving forward will only deal with local companies. Terrible experience overall for sure.
