5 starsThe ring came in a super deluxe package, befitting a really special gift. The service was fantastic. My husband loves the ring. It is beautiful, and a heavy and comfortable weight. I'd definitely recommend James Allen to friends... it was a great experience.

2 starsThe piece itself is beautiful and my wife loves it. The necklace arrived with a knot in the chain. I notified customer service to advise of the large tight knot and what to do about it. Advised I could mail it back, at my expense, but to expect four to six weeks for repairs, or could take it to a local jewelry for repairs at my expense. However, if there was a ***** jewelry nearby and associated with James Allen they would repair at no cost. I wasn't really pleased with the answer I got, and the customer service person wasn't the most pleasant person I have ever spoken with.
I'm really sorry of the service I received. I really liked their merchandise and had plans of doing more business with them. However, I think I'll pass on James Allen in the future.JamesAllen.com

5 starsOrdered a platinum setting diamond engagement ring with matching wedding band. Both rings are absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé is ecstatic with the quality of the ring. 5 starsBought two sets of small, natural diamond stud earrings for young teens in my family. Each youngster loved them. Trying to show them the wisdom of saving up and getting real jewelry rather than the relatively expensive, brand-name costume jewelry that the youngsters see faddishly promoted on social media. James Allen shipped promptly, in time for the holidays. I've also purchased a diamond engagement ring from James Allen and that experience was positive as well.
