      We had such a positive experience in the Georgetown store.
      Alicia was so professional and knowledgeable. She was willing to suggest ideas when I expressed what I was looking for but didn’t see exactly. She helped us select a perfect ring for me.
      It’s only a couple of weeks old, but hope it continues to look amazing as it does today.

      Bought a pair of diamond studs for my wife. I liked the transparency of the entire process, from the quality of the diamonds to the prices. Sadly I didn't get them in time for Christmas, however the online rep worked with me and changed the shipping from my home address to the one where we were on vacation at. I expect to work with them again in the future.

      I purchased and engagement ring and a wedding ring for my now wife from James Allen.
      The center stone fell out of the engagement ring within 3 months.
      Now, and 4 days, a stone fell out of her wedding ring.
      Quality control does not exist at this company.

      Hi, the ring looks great but we had a wedding ring also bought from James Allen and it seems we accidentally ordered 14k gold instead of 18k ??. I know there’s nothing you can do but I wanted to let you know that the ring would have looked great in 18k. I wish I saw that option earlier or if that was even an option while purchasing the ring. But we love James Allen.

      Poor customer service. I ordered stud earrings. I am still considering returning them. I HATE the backs that came with them, and chatted with a rep about switching them out. I was told I could do that for screw on backs for an additional $125. After paying over $2200 for the studs, they want an additional $125 for screw on backs???? I was shocked to say the least, and considering that is most likely the least expensive part of the earrings, I expected to be able to switch them out. The backs are like a flat disc, extremely hard to work with, both getting them on and off. They are very small and difficult to use. My daughter in law also received a pair for Christmas and does not like the backs.

Guardian backs are the most secure option and feature a spring mechanism that grips the post. We can offer the modification to screwbacks for $125 or assist with pricing to explore traditional pushbacks. Our customer service team is happy to assist you when you are ready to move forward.
