5 starsJames Allen online was an absolute amazing experience! From the order processing and delivery and then the unpacking of the item. It was like a “memorable experience” you can tell the care that when in this process. I was also pleased with the additional steps to offer insurance for any future issues. Great to do business with. Oh and the prices and selection is unbelievable.

4 starsThe wedding set I purchased was beautiful…my wife loved it! The only complaint I have is I had the understanding that I would get a free set of diamond earrings with a purchase of $1000 but they said the “fine print” states you must purchase the wedding band at that cost. I spent $830 because that was the matching band for the engagement ring. I spent nearly $5000 total. I think that is pretty sorry. I’m sure it’s a marketing ploy to push a person to make a purchase. Wasn’t a dealbreaker for me but I feel I should have received them with the total amount I spent.Review fromKrisla B
