    I have a 2023 ******* ******, it is a rental but it was parked at a location that I have visited dozens of times. My girlfriend lives in an apartment complex that apparently requires permit parking all of a sudden. Maybe I was just lucky but in any case, the vehicle was in the towing companys possession for approximately 15hrs. I was giving three different prices. The first time I called, I was told $325 cash. When I arrived, I was told $390cash. I spoke to someone else behind the glass and was told the final amount I had to ultimately satisfy, $370. I believe that they are price gouging and should be investigated.

    This is a ridiculous complaint. After listening to all of the recordings, this Gentleman was only given, and charged one price, the correct price. ******. If he paid the correct price, which he did, what is his complaint. It has no merit whatsoever.

    The event occurred from the dates of September 29th to September 30th 2023.

    Towing company took two vehicles from private property without requesting permission from property owner or notifying business which is required by baltimore county code of ordinances. We are NOT pursuing action regarding the legality at this time. Company was intentionally negligent. Company ignored calls from business owner of the lot the vehicles were towed from and attempted to trick us into signing a release of liability form. We did not sign.

    Company was negligent in towing of two awd vehicles. Improper towing can damage major components of the vehicles that may not show for a period of time. One of the vehicles has scratches and marks that we do not recognize from prior to the towing and began shifting to the right slightly on roads. We are retaining dash cam footage at this time.

    This complainant is very vague. It makes accusations without an ounce of proof. He claims that we were intentionally negligent. That’s a huge accusation, and without proof this could be a civil complaint against him. There are so many unanswered questions here. Does this gentleman own both cars that were towed ? Where were they towed from ? What kind of cars are they ? We need a lot more, including solid proof of serious accusations before we can litigate this complaint properly.

    Our vehicles were towed on September 29th, 2023 without permission from the property owner which is required by the Baltimore county code of ordinances. The two vehicles in question were a gmc Sierra and mazda cx5. The vehicles were released on September 30th, 2023. If you need more details, you may reach out. You should have details of the towing on file and cctv footage of the interaction. We do have recordings of the operators taking both vehicles without the initial usage of dollies and the property owner testimony that she was not contacted in regards to this instance nor given any notice. Again, we are not seeking action regarding the legality of this instance.

    On August 17th this company towed my vehicle when I was inside getting a soda for maybe 5 minutes. I saw their tow truck as I was parking but he was driving away. When I came back my car was gone. I went to retrieve it and they demanded $370 when the maximum fee in ************** is $300. The woman hid in the back when I said thats illegal, so I called the police. The police said they get this complaint all the tome but its a civil matter, theres nothing they can do right now. So Ill be taking them to small claims court. This business really needs to be shut down, it is nothing but a theft and extortion racket

    Unlawful towed my car, when I arrived on the lot I was told the only payment option was cash and when I told them that theres a sign that says other wise on the lot and online that says they must accept other payments options the employee called me a b**** and says I have all the time for you, as I was looking over the paperwork it says I parked in a fire lane which was incorrect after calling the store and knowing I didnt park in a fire lane they then changed it to say driveway which was also incorrect, so then after I paid the $280 cash she telling me they cant release my car , I was confused because I had payed but refused to sign paperwork with the incorrect information, so I called the police department in which they told me this business is known for sketchy and illegal practices, I was only able to access my car due to the officer helping me because of this unlawful tow and duration of this event I missed work and lost my opportunity to make money. After I can access to my car my brakes, tires and safety features were all blinking and unresponsive and my brake dont work anymore, I had service my car at the beginning of the week so there was nothing wrong with the car before they had it in their possession. Now my brakes arent working and my dash board is blinking something I have never seen from my 2019 ***** accord. The officer has all video and verbal recordings to prove what was said above

    My vehicle was towed for taking up multiple spaces but i had a trailer attached to my vehicle so more than one space was needed there are no signs stating no trailers or signs stating a multiple space policy. Then they charged me double claiming they used two trucks to tow away my property but i have vide proof that clearly shows that only one of their vehicles were used they handed me made up paperwork and charged me double. I want a refund and i want them investigated for fraud and extortion. Especially when it a cash only business. How many people are getting ripped off by this place, judging by their reviews they rip everyone off.

    My car was towed 5 minutes after parking. We planned a shopping trip in an area called **********. We entered the Scraps store first, and then Dollar General. We were told by ************** that there are people in the parking lot and a truck standing by to tow immediately. We called the tow company who said my car was on the way to their facility. A sign posted with the phone number said daily charge not to exceed 150. After getting an **** for the 20 min drive the charge was $370!! For half an hour! This towing company has an unfair predatory practice and outrageous prices. It is a scam. We will not shop in this area again.

    Actually the car got to the lot at 11:59pm. So for one minute it cost me $15.00 extra is unreal!

    I had parked my car in a parking lot across the line. They had towed the car they stated at 11:40pm. I woke up at 2am and realized it was towed, called them and they stated $350.00. It's already hard out here for people and I know it didn't cost $350 for them to drive it 6 minutes away. When I got to the counter to pay the $350, they told me at 3:10am that because they picked up before 12, I had to pay the next day fees of $15.00. That is honestly ridiculous especially because they had the car no more than 3-4 hours. Over charging and making people pay a ridiculous amount is crazy to me! When I got my car my alarm had went off for about 3 days until I realized they hauled it away so bad, the security alarm was activated.

    My vehicle was illegally towed. They had my vehicle for 2 hours & charged me $360.00 because I'm a Baltimore city resident. Otherwise they said the fee was $250.00. This has to be unethical & illegal. That had my vehicle less then 2 hours & charged as if they had it a week.
