  I had to deal with ****. I accidentally parked somewhere and didnt know I needed a permit to park there. When I came out he was just putting the thing under the front tires. I politely asked what was wrong? He was very rude and just kept pointing to a sign. I had let him know this was my 2nd time ever being to this location. I parked in that same spot last time and was unaware. That I had genuinely made a mistake. I understood he had a job to do. I didnt even ask him to put the car down. I was asking to just tell me where my car was going and if I could get what I needed out the car because I had 2 small children with me and wouldn't have been able to get a ride with no car seat. I even offered for him to take the key and do it. And he just kept laughing and pointing to the sign. I eventually was able to borrow the money for him to drop the car. After he did he sped off almost hitting my child. He was incredibly rude and there was another man he just towed to which he answered his questions and was very nice to him. I even tried to ask where I could purchase a permit. I realize he had a job to do and most people say what they can to get out of stuff. However, I was willing to pay what ever I needed. I was willing to purchase a permit. I was willing to do whatever needed to be done. He was just willing to take my car and apparently almost run my kid over and be rude to me. I will say he eventually let me get my stuff put the car because I needed my license and wallet to pay him. So of course. My cousin also called the office and the lady told her that he could do whatever he wanted. That there was no manager and it wasnt her problem.

  They over charge on towing fee , I have a ***** Express van 2500 , that weighs under ***** pounds and they charge me ****** for a van that wasn't even there 24hrs

  It’s insane that these people just get away with their ******** tactics. Parked for 4 minutes to pick up a package. Tow truck driver told me to go to the atm to pay him in cash so he wouldn’t tow my car to the lot. While I was at the atm he drove off with my car. $370 to release

  They cursed me & attempted to swing a chain at me, threating to hit me with the chain.I called the police. They stole from my daugthers car. Gave me the run around. They way pass unprofessional their ghetto.

  Quick Response Towing Inc. Located at *** ** ***** **** ********* ** ***** are ******** civilians. My 1500 chevy silverado was towed at 7:38 p.m. I went to go pick up my vehicle at 8:44 p.m. and was told my bill was $750 due to my truck being a heavy duty truck and traveling 10 miles. No storage fee no Administration Fee etc. My truck doesn't even classify as a heavy duty truck or medium duty truck weighing in at 6,000 lbs. There is no website nor any management ever on sight. Dispatchers don't even have ID numbers to be able to know who took care of you. I refused to signed the paperwork handed due to the fine print at the bottom. Paid the cash to get my vehicle but they would not give me a receipt.

  Zero stars … unprofessional.. and the sneaky tactics used to steal my car should be banned
