If you park in an emergency vehicle only fire lane you will get towed no matter how brief. A life can be lost in a matter of seconds if the apparatus is blocked. Our signs say a lot more than ******. It clearly States ****** max for storage not for the tow. It says ******* maximum for tow.Quick Response TowingBusiness Response

A person cannot park in an emergency vehicle only lane for any reason whatsoever. Lives can be lost in seconds due to apparatus being blocked. The signs clearly state that ****** is the max per day for storage. It also states ******* max for impound. Delivery vehicles need to use the delivery entrance in the rear or even park in a parking space allotted for cars.Initial Complaint

Today July 23, 2025, I had an appointment at *************************. I parked my truck and left to go for my appointment and when I came out my truck was gone. I asked why my truck was moved and they said because i left it. I saw the sign and it was part of ************** and i thought it was okay to park. They kept saying that i left the truck which I don't understand because i had to leave to get to my appointment when I got to the towing company around 2:00 P.M. I was informed that to get my car it was750.00 dollars. Totally too much this company is running a scam. They sit behind tinted windows you do not even see who you are talking to all you see is a hand taking your money and a Big Guy with a Gun. You are not allowed to enter, and they will only allow you to pay with cash. I am filing this report to try and get my money back and they need to be investigated.Initial Complaint

Dear ********* of *****************************************,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Quick Response Towing, a towing company operating within **************. On June 24th, 2025, I was charged $350, which exceeds the legal limit for towing services as outlined in ************** regulations.I have made two attempts to contact Quick Response Towing to request a refund and an explanation for the overcharge, but have received no response. Furthermore, I have gathered credible accounts from other individuals who were charged different rates for similar services, suggesting a pattern of inconsistent and potentially exploitative pricing practices.Given the lack of transparency and non-responsiveness, I respectfully request that your offices investigate this matter. If possible, please advise on the appropriate steps I can take to initiate a formal review or complaint process.I have documentation of the invoice which I am happy to provide upon request and communication attempts as seen below.Thank you for your time and attention.Initial Complaint

On June ******* my vehicle was unlawfully towed by Quick Response Towing from the parking lot of my apartment complex ******************************, where I am a legal resident. My vehicle was parked in a valid spot, and I provided both my lease agreement and a valid parking pass as proof of residency and parking authorization.Despite providing proper documentation, the towing company refused to release my vehicle. They also denied me access to retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle, which I understand is illegal. I held against my will during the encounter by the accountant of the company. Furthermore, the company demanded payment in cash only, which raises serious concerns about potential tax fraud and improper business practices. Their refusal to accept standard forms of payment is highly suspicious and unprofessional.I am requesting a full investigation into this companys practices and for the business to be held accountable for their unlawful and unethical conduct.Initial Complaint

On Monday, June 2, 2025 I parked at the ******* located at *****************************************************, as there was no street parking available. I scheduled to meet with a business across the street at 12:30PM. I parked at ******* at 12:29PM, and my vehicle was towed at 12:32PM (according to my receipt). I asked the business contact if I was able to park in the lot, and she informed me that I could park there for the duration of our meeting.I came out of my meeting at 1:10PM to find that my vehicle was not on the lot. The tow sign was located in the corner of the parking lot, not visible from where I parked. I called the tow company to get information about what I needed to bring, and where I needed to go, to retrieve my vehicle. The person on the line (a recorded line, also) informed me that I needed to bring a photo ID and $350 in cash. When I arrived at the tow company, I was informed by the office person that I owed $440 in cash, not $350. When I questioned this, the office person told me that there was an additional $90 fee for the use of "dollies" when towing my vehicle. This information was not presented to me on the phone when I had called initially, and I informed the office person of this. She stated, "I am not the only one answering calls here." I used the *** located at the *** company to get additional cash out at that time. The receipt also only shows a total of $440, not $350 + $90 dollies fee.I find it very suspicious that my car was towed within only 4 minutes of me parking. I also find it very suspicious that I was not informed of the total cash amount owed when I called the tow company. I explicitly asked them on the phone what I needed to bring to get my car back, and was not informed of the additional $90 "dollies" fee. The business should be more transparent about the cost, especially if they do not accept any payment except cash. I am requesting a $90 refund from Quick Response Towing, **** for lack of transparency and shady business practices.Initial Complaint

I was parked outsides ****** doordashing (which is considered commercial vehicle) There was a yellow curb but many cars parked there picking up DoorDash orders. I was advised yellow curb means unloading and loading, red is fire lane. My car was towed and not even completely connected to the truck properly. They overcharged me the maximum legal amount of $250 tow fee. My car was there from 1am-423am so no storage fee should be charged (which it states there was no storage fee) not to mention they only except cash which is very sketchy. So the charge should have only been $250. My car should not of been towed at all, I was loading my vehicle (as a commercial vehicle)Initial Complaint

On 5/17/25 my car was towed by Quick Reaponse Tow from a parking lot located at *******************************************. I parked in what appeared to be a general customer parking space. However, there was a small or poorly visible sign indicating part of the lot was for **** Employees Only. The signage was not clearly marked or placed in a way that made the restriction obvious, and I had no reasonable way to know the space was off-limits.I was charged $370.00, which I paid in cash, and I was not given a full breakdown of the charges or an official receipt. Ive attempted to contact the towing company to dispute the tow and request a refund, but they have not allowed me to reach them in writing, and theres been no proper channel for dispute resolution.I believe this constitutes an unjust or predatory tow based on the inadequate signage and lack of transparency. I am requesting a full refund and a review of this companys practices.I have photos of the signage and location available upon request.Initial Complaint

Good Afternoon,I would like your assistance in getting an issue resolved with a local towing company; Quick Response Towing. On Wednesday March 19th I had pulled up in front of the laundromatjust to drop off my laundry then park. Once I got out of my car and put my bags in the facility the tow company came with a single **** *** and grabbed my car. I ran out of the store to stop him, his response I need $140 in cash to drop it. He was very rude and sped off with my care barely on the tow truck. The tow man damaged my undercarriage under my car and also broke off my front rear trim. I went to the tow office, the counter lady was extremely rude and told me that I will need to pay $370 to get my vehicleback. I asked to speak with the manager. The attendant kept saying that the supervisor is not in office. I have been trying to contact the town company to get this issue resolved. They will not give me the supervisor name nor their names. When calling the office they hang up on you and is very rude. The receipt they gave me is not even my car's information, it's someone else's.I'm requesting a refund of the unnecessarytow and also for my car undercarriage and tire trim to be replaced.Initial Complaint

My brother, Mr. ******* ******* is a disabled veteran. He carried me to Harvest Fare Supermarket on, 02/22/2025. He parked in a handi capped spot and displayed his handicap display card or tag. For some reason; the car was towed. Stated that took a picture; but no one showed us a picture to verify that the sign was missing. My fresh food, phone and medication, and gloves was in the car when it was towed. We stopped the *** Police and he advised them that a fellow shopper advised my brother; saw them tow his vehicle. We called Quick Response. The sign stated ****** for Towing. It also displayed; ***** for additional days for storage. We had to pay, ****** for about maybe, a hour or less. We had no cash on hand; and they stated that could not take credit cards because their machine was down. I was forced to use their ATM machine with a 3.00 fee attached. They appeared unwilling to give card back unless it was paid in cash. Their is no signs saying, We do not accept credit cards or an apology for the inconvenience. This is a form of extortion and illegable preditory towing service.Initial Complaint

This towing company is predatory. I was going into Rite Aid to get something to keep my blood sugar up because I am a type 1 diabetic. I was parked in front of the store because my blood sugar was getting low and needed to get something to eat. I was in the store for no more than 3 to 5 minutes. When I come back out, my car was gone. This towing company is predatory because its must of been looking at my car and waiting for me. Mind you, there was barely anybody in the parking lot at all. By the way, a nice guy was helping me and let me into his car until I got everything straighten out.Ok, I get on the phone with the towing company and they give me the details. I am solely telling them that I can't pay them that much due to I just got my grandma furnace fixed and rework done on my mothers car. So, I was in a bit of a struggle. The woman was not understanding and just to continued to cut me off while I was talking. I then proceed to ask if I can come by and get my things because my grandma had a money order on her and I had my things like my wallet and medicine. Woman said no aggressively and said I had to wait until 8 to come by and get it. Mind you, I just ate something so I need to take my medicine. She continued to be rude and said, "What you want me to do about it? Your medicine will be fine". I responded, "Ok". Just ended the phone call and called my cousin to come pick me up. Fortunately, my cousin was able to help me with the funds, but I am complaining because this towing company showed no sympathy and rude service to me while I was not showing any aggression at all.I end up getting to the towing spot and paying for it because I need my car to get to work and things of that sort.
