I have been attempting to complete a transfer of assets from a custodial account to an individual account for about 4 weeks. I have obtained all necessary documentation but I a question on the form before I can send it in. I have emailed the company twice (March 11 and March 18) and I have not received a response as of today (March 22).My complaint is that it is impossible to communicate with the offshore customer service representatives. The connection is inaudible. During one attempt I managed to communicate that I wanted to be transferred to a US based customer service agent. The person said please hold. The "transfer" was a phone ringing for more than 20 minutes before I hung up. I attempted to call the company corporate office based in *************, but my call was again routed to an offshore rep who was inaudible and appeared to disconnect. I would like to have my question answered so that I can complete transfer of assets to my now adult child.Business Response

I have called at least 5 times in the past two months to get my account unlocked. I have also written a letter a month ago. Last I talked to someone they informed me in 2 days it would be unlocked and it is still not. I would like to speak to someone who actually lives in *******, has good service, and can help me get my account unlocked. My stock is SASR with ***** Spring Bancorp. I have mailed a notarized note which should of arrived to your office by now. My account is still locked. It was never accessed by a third party and there was no fraud on the account.

I have some shares of stock I withdrew and was to be sent to my account a month ago. Now no one knows where my dividends are and they even tried to tell me my bank took 50 out of it. Dealing with this company is a nightmare! Ive been helping my grandfather sell stock on a joint account with ********************** for months now and gotten no where. He and his wife (now dead) held the stock for over 30 years and now computershare is making it almost impossible to sell it. First they needed a packet with a medallion stamp to sell the stock, and now they need an original death certificate of his wife with a medallion stamp. Theyve made this 3 month process a nightmare! Good Afternoon,
We have again filled out and sent the attached transfer documents up with the medallion stamps and notary stamps attached to the overnight address in MA. To say that you do not have any identifying information is not accurate, as you have a file on this case that is greater than 80 pages in length according to your telephone representative.
************************* (my attorney) has sent up a package that contains all the details, every "will" that relates to this case, my appointment as executor documents, and a court order settling the estate that states that all stock assets are to be transferred into my name in lieu of executor fees. The court order has been signed by all possible heirs and there are no other possible claimants.
Please transfer these accounts as directed by the transfer documents so that we can have a broker conduct a transfer over in a timely manner. We have been working on this transfer for over 4 years now.

On November 2023, I sold a share of stock from ComputerShare. There was a issue with my address why I didnt receive the check. After several attempts to correct my address, I have yet to receive my check. I am told the issue is with the ************** however I have been receiving all other mail including the1098 tax from ComputerShare for another account. The total umber of phone calls and emails I have made to ComputerShare from my check is as follows: 11/13/23, 11/28/23, 12/4/23, 12/19/23, 12/20/23, 1/4/24, 1/10/24, 1/17/24, 2/2/24 (email thru their contact us) and 2/6/24. I requested to speak with a Mgr on 1/17/24 and 2/6/24. *******************, Supv spoke with me on 2/6/24 and stated there was nothing he could do but a send a new check. On 2/8/24 I received a reply to my 2/2/24 email stating "We have submitted your request to replace the check by courier delivery for review and/or processing. Once the check has been replaced we will be able to provide a tracking number. I replied on 2/8/24 that I did not request my check through courier but would accept asa concession with no charge to me. We told computershare that his name is not on the account and he has no access considering we dont live with him. I am the *** for my mom ***********************************. She has 19 shares of stock from ******************** that needs to be sold. I sent Computershare a copy of notarized *** requesting payout. They tell me if the *** is over 6 months old I have to send original with embossed stamp or letter from attorney stating the copy is certified. The **************** does not use the embossed stamp anymore and since I **** the document up myself thru Rocket Lawyer an attorney will not certify a copy. The attorneys I did speak with said everything I am doing is legal. Computer share needs to recognize this legal document and provide a check for sale of stock.Business Response

This is unacceptable my bank says they cannot do a medallion signature guarantee on any document, only certain documents that deal with monetary transactions. They said it would be illegal for them to put the medallion on a letter or ****************** So Computershare is rejecting a legal document I sent them and asking me to do something illegal. Again my mom has Alzheimers so we cant get a new POA and I cant get a letter from a lawyer that didnt write the POA.
