This has been on going for a few years now. Growing up my grandmother set up accounts with ******************** and would add some money every year for our birthdays. I am 28 now and am trying to sell my shares in ****** that Computershare holds for me. I also had shares with ************ but was able to sell them via the mail in share sell form that were provided. The ****** stocks were a different story. about a year ago I called the customer service number and was on hold for multiple hours before a lady greeted me and told me I would not be able to sell the stocks over the phone, after I had tried and failed to do it online, She told me I would need to complete the shares sale form that is supposed to come with the quarterly statements. The only issue is that for some reason they do not come with the ****** reports, they only came with the exxon mobile reports. After this I left it alone for a while, I started to look back at selling my shares again and started by trying to log in to my online account. For months I could not gain access to it. Every time I would input my username and password I would have to answer security questions that would never be correct. (I know it was not me because I answered them correctly once and it never took the same answer again after that.) it locks your account for 24 hours after 3 incorrect attempts.Last month I tried to log on again, this time it made me set up an account again. I went through and did the steps. Finally to verify my ID I could submit a picture of my license and myself, but since I do not ********************** this ********************** I opted for them to mail an access code. This took an entire month. I finally got the code to log into my account, and they require another verification code that will once again be mailed to me. I am locked out of the entire account except for the option to purchase more shares.

Stock was purchased in my name 27 years ago with my mother as the custodian because I was only a few months old. I have begun the arduous process of trying to sell my stock and the computer share staff has made it difficult at every turn. They refuse to give me any details even though the shares are legally mine now that I have reached the age of majority. The account is under my SSN yet they refuse to cooperate and provide the most basic information for me to sell my property. One went so far as to tell me I cant sell them. Theyve acknowledged the property is mine and that Im not a minor. But because their system insists Im still a minor, they will not work with me.

Computershare is the holder and processing entity for stock shares I hold as custodian for my child. I have been notified that some shares have been turned over to the state and others will be turned over if I do not take action. I have made many and repeated efforts to access an account at Computetshare so that I can manage these holdings. I have been denied access to my account on every occasion. I have not received a code that was supposed to be mailed . I received a phone number to call to establish access through an online chatbot. Each time I call I provide information and then Computershare hangs up without my getting any information or response. Just this morning I experienced 6 separate hang-ups. I am being illegally denied access to my accounts and my funds are in effect being taken without my authorization.

Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Computershare Investor Services, concerning their handling of a stock sale transaction and the unacceptable delays and lack of transparency in resolving the matter. On June 17, 2025, I sold approximately $40,000 worth of *********************** stock through Computershare. As of the date of this letterover three weeks laterI have still not received the funds.I have contacted Computershare by phone at least 4 to 5 times, attempting to resolve the issue. Each time, I was provided inconsistent and conflicting information regarding why the funds have not been transferred to me and what steps are needed to correct the situation. Representatives have cited various vague explanations, none of which were coherent or actionable. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and I am no closer to accessing the proceeds from my stock sale. This delay has caused significant stress and has undermined my trust in Computershares ability to competently and ethically manage investor assets. I believe this represents a serious failure in fiduciary responsibility, and potentially, a violation of securities regulations and investor protection standards.I am requesting that the BBB investigate Computershare for their poor business practices and lack of customer support. Additionally, I urge the *** to review Computershares conduct and ensure they are held accountable for any non-compliance with federal securities regulations and investor rights. Please let me know if you require any additional documentation or information to pursue this complaint.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,******* ********

My grandmother passed away in 2018. We completed and filed the necessary paperwork along with their required $50 fee for the Medallion Waiver requesting that they cash the stock and issue payment to the Estate of ***** L Cable. The only thing they successfully cashed was the required $50 check (Check 104 7/29/19) with is theft as they failed to follow through with the intent of the $50. As such, they have fraudulently misrepresented to us that they would accept the fee and Medallion Waiver to cash the stocks and issue payment to the Estate. I have tried to go to ******** to have them request to transfer the stock but was informed that we had already completed the paperwork and that was not possible. We are questing that they not only cash the stocks and pay the Estate the money it is owed but are requesting $50 be returned along with interest. I would also request interest for the loss of earnings as on the date of the check and the money being sent 7/29/2019 the stock had a value of $15.06 (400 stock value of $6,024) and today has a value of $12.50 (400 stock value of $5,000). I have tried to get other investment groups to help and they can't because I have completed and returned the necessary paperwork but they refuse to cash stock

When I went to ******** Investments they informed me they were unable to help me because I completed and filed the Medallion Waiver per their own paperwork which is misleading to say the least.  If they cannot Sell the stocks they should have never misrepresented themselves and the forms which accordingly makes the cashing of the check under false pretenses and never returning the money theft of funds.

I hold a physical stock certificate that is the share registration and transfer agent of. I have been trying to transfer this away from Computershare for over a decade, they require the physical certificate be mailed in to them, then promise the 'certificated' stock will be transferred to digital shares, at which point I can move them to my investment bank. I have gone through the steps, sent the certificate in certified mail, confirmation of receipt has been sent to me via **** as well as computershare customer service said to me over the phone the stock was received. I am now not seeing the digital share conversion in my account dashboard, it has been a week. I've called, held on hold for over 30 minutes each time, trying to resolve, now am on hold again, with someone from Manilla Philippines, I asked to speak to someone in the **, now on hold again for 20 minutes. Their website 'complaint form' does not allow me to type in the ticker symbol of the stock I own, so the form can not be submitted. This is incredibly scammy and that my stock certificate is now in their hands, and they are not converting it to digital so I can be done with them for life. Please help- consider this urgent. I need this resolved this week. The woman from ******* seems to be a robot, who is telling me what I want to hear then sending me to a line that will have me on hold for a lifetime. Horrible --
