      I have been getting 10+ texts a day from Temu with verification codes, I do not use Temu. Today I received a verification code as well as a text from Temu to reply Y to agree to receive texts. I do not use Temu for my shopping. I decided to go onto the Temu website and use my phone number to login and I see an account is linked with my phone number who placed 99+ items today. The email shown is cty********************* - that is not me and I have no idea who that is. I would like my number removed from their account and my phone number to NEVER be used on Temu. I do not want the responsibility of their 99+ items they ordered today 8/26/2025. I reached out to customer service and they made a ticket to resolve this, I sure hope it get resolved soon. I want this business to permanently remove my phone number and block it so it cannot be used ever on their website or app.

      Order *************************** On August 13, 2025, I placed an order totaling $145.62. According to the tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on August 24, 2025. However, upon reviewing the tracking details, I noticed that the delivery city does not match the shipping address I provided during checkoutthe package was delivered to a completely different city.Despite this clear discrepancy, Temu denied my refund request after a few days. Additionally, no signature confirmation was required for this delivery, which I believe is a significant oversight given the value of the ********** further support my claim, I have included a screenshot from my Ring camera showing no delivery occurred at my address during the reported time, as well as a photo of my mailbox. These documents clearly demonstrate that I never received the package.I respectfully request a refund for this order. Even if issued as a one-time courtesy for a first-time customer, I believe this resolution is warranted given the poor experience and mishandling of my order.

      TEMU sent me the incorrect 3pc luggage set. My TEMU Ticket was created on 08/15/2025 for PO-211-*****************. I informed the customer service **** that I was traveling out of the country and needed my luggage by 08/20/2025. (****************) on Tue, Aug 19 at 7:35 PM after I contacted them. $74.65-3pcs Luggage Set 20/24/28 Inch Expandable Spinner Suitcase with TSA Lock, Lightweight Hard Shell Travel Luggage Black. When I contacted TEMU on the 15th I was told I DID NOT NEED TO RETURN the incorrect luggage set, I told them I had already packed it to return, CUST. *** stated I would receive an answer in 24hrs, and I waited on that answer. I received a luggage set that did not expand! Why am I wrong in this situation? The expandable set cost MORE than the one I received, but that is not the BIG problem, the problem is they sent the incorrect item; I ***orted it immediately; they offer me a reship and I said YES RESHIP; BUT NO RESHIP WAS PLACED-because it is stating that the item is discontinued on TEMU'S SITE; and plus I was told I did not have to return the incorrect luggage set! My trip was canceled until later in order for me to receive an answer from TEMU (I did not have enough luggage to travel); it is not fair for TEMU to offer me $20 to settle on items, my offer is REFUND WITHOUT RETURN. This is not my FAULT! This is a clear case of seller sending a wrong item. I am requesting a refund without return because I purchased the item that I needed in enough time for my trip and waiting on TEMU to ***ly back to me placed a disproportionate burden on me (time, cost, delay, cancellation). The product listing has since disappeared from TEMU's platform, so ***lacement or re-ordering is impossible. BECAUSE it stating on TEMU that the item was discontinued. Again, I am asking for a refund without returning!

      I received a promotional order from Temu to select a number of items to purchase at the reduced price of 1 cent each. I selected several items and it told me I had to make a purchase to receive these items. I placed an order, expecting to receive the 1 cent items along with the order. I got a delivery notice that did not include, the 1 cent items, just the purchase. I contacted customer service via chat, and they told me I had to purchase another $127 in order to receive the items. I said that is unsatisfactory and it seems like a scam to me. The only satisfactory resolution is to deliver the items as promised. I don't like being made a sucker.

      I ordered a couch and have not received any tracking updates for weeks. Despite raising multiple customer service tickets, I have not received any formal documentation or meaningful updates.       ive been a customer with ********************** for almost 3 years now but lately Ive been having issues with my orders being processed. lately almost all of my orders are getting canceled because of unusual payment activity, but I use the same payment method that Ive always used sometimes I used their credit store credits that I have through my account so how would that be unusual payment method using their own currency? I have reached out to **************** numerous times but I am continually told to try again or try to find try to purchase store a different seller. I believe that my account has been restricted in some capacity because theres no explanation why certain orders go through and then some dont when I use same payment method all the time and one instance when I reached out to **************** they said something about having to show them my bank statement or utility bill why would retailer want to see my bank statement or my utility bill just so I can make a purchase that doesnt make sense and and Im not going to continually try to make purchases if Im if theyre continually being canceled then my funds are being held to the pre-authorization hold and now I have to wait days before my funds are released.also, recently, Temu had a promotion promotional gift calendar going on where you did daily check ins to receive coupons and credits and free items **** participated in this promotion and I lost out on several free items because they canceled my order due to unusual payment activity how does the order a free item get canceled for unusual payment activity when I didnt pay anything it was a free item and when I reached out to the customer service, they told me to try a different payment method

      I rejected this response because the compensation I was offered was only for one of the free items that was cancelled. There no mention of the reason why my orders keep getting cancelled for unusual payment activity.

All they said was order was cancelled for unusual payment activity. I dont understand how paying with Temu credits is unusual. What is the point of having the credits if I cant purchase what I want. Temu is choosing which orders to process. Also, I was only compensated for one of the gifts that I lost when I lost out several due to Temu constantly canceling my orders

      An eight year old ordered a dirt bike and some other items from Temu. I tried to cancel all and was able to cancel toy cars but Temu would not cancel the Dirt Bike. Seems if they were able to cancel toys they should of been able to cancel the expensive Dirt Bike. I tried to cancel within 2 hours of the child ordering. I tried to appeal with ****** and was unsuccessful. I have spoken online to Temu a dozen times and they are NO help. I want to return the dirt bike and get my money back.

      I placed an order with Temu, and when the package arrived, it had already been damaged and most of the items were missing. I immediately took photos of the package as it was delivered, which match the photos taken by the delivery driver. At first glance the package appeared untouched, but when I turned it around, the backside was clearly ripped open.Temu asked me to provide additional evidence, which I did. I submitted multiple photos taken upon delivery as well as a video of me opening the damaged package. The video clearly shows that the package was already torn and that only one item was inside.Despite following all of their directions and meeting the requirements they requested, Temu has repeatedly denied my claim and refused to issue a refund or credits for the missing items. I have provided clear, valid proof, yet my case has been dismissed without a fair resolution.I am requesting assistance in resolving this matter and receiving the appropriate refund or credits for the missing products.
