      The complaint is for order number PO-211-***************** I place an order for some items on temu on March 31st and today April 8th it's marked as delivered to a different city and address. I spend way too much money for temu to scam me like this. I thought they wouod give me an automatic refund via their chatbox but they have forced me to open a ticket and I haven't recieved a refund even though the address that I provided to them for shipping is not where my order was delivered to. I request that temu does the right thing and issue me a refund to make things right because as a first time customer my experience has already been bad!

      I had order 57 items of stuff from Temu last month in March because I was suppose to be going on vacation on the first of April. My things were suppose to arriving before March 23, 2024. Around march ***** my items were supposed to be delivered. I got one package from Temu which was my free gifts for buying from them. My other two packages were supposed to come , they said delivered but I never received them. When i contacted **** they said they delivered them still no packages. Well when i order the 57 items I also ordered a glass table which came with two end tables. ***** sends a. Pic to my email where they left the package and it was at another persons address. Contacts Temu and ***** and tell them thats the wrong address and specifically said on deliver instructions to deliver with the only teal mailbox. Asked my neighbors and still no packages. I sent Temu the picture where ***** delivered the table to because this is where the rest of my packages got delivered. For two weeks I have tried to get a refund but they keep saying sorry for the inconvenience the package was delivered to the address and they cannot fix it . So I spent over 700 on items I cant get back or even the money I spent back on the items even when I sent them proof that the packages did not get to delivered to my apartment! I even asked for corporate number to get it resolved and they keep telling me its against their company policy to give out corporate number but dont want to give me back my refund for the items I never received!

      Offer me $100 in coupons for purchase. Then I spin the wheel I end up with and extra $300. In coupons. So I order alot of stuff but mainly I wanted the round plant stand. It was my first purchase then everything else. I received 2 garments worth $17. That's all I got. When I message about the stand they lied to me and said it was delivered. I say no. My packages before I got confirmation in a email about the other delivery but none for plant stand. I ask for a refund they sent me $5. In credit for late delivery. They refunded me $17. and they won't return the rest. I told them I was reporting them to BBB. Oh instead of giving me my money back they gave me a $20 coupon. I let them know I was deleting there app and posting about them on line.

      I placed an order on 3/19/25 in the amount of *****, I never received this order although it specified delivered. Ive reached out to Temu half a dozen times trying to resolve this matter, they keep coming up saying they dont find where it was not delivered and they couldnt provide a refund, credit or reshipment. If I had received this order I would not keep putting myself through this headache. Temu is not honoring their customers with the satisfaction theyve promised.       I was on the Temu sOn April 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM, I was on the Temu website browsing some items, which I added to my cart. Instead of going through a proper checkout process, the system automatically charged my card, and it withdrew money from the wrong account. I did not have the option to review my cart or choose the account I wanted the payment to come from. It felt like I was taken advantage of.When I attempted to cancel the order, I discovered that an item I did not add to my cart had been included. I was unable to cancel the order online, so I called customer service. I was informed that I could not receive a refund for one item because it had already been shipped. I find this hard to believe, especially since your items are often delivered late.Due to the lack of options during checkout and the addition of items I didn't select, my account was overdrawn, resulting in a $28 overdraft fee. I received a partial refund, but Im still left with the item they claim was shipped, which I genuinely doubt. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Thank you for taking my complaint into consideration.

      Temu charged me $155.13 for some items in my cart. I did not give consent to charge the items in my cart, I didn't even give them my credit card #.i live chatted with 2 reps both saying they show the items were refunded and maybe a relative got ahold of my card #? That was their response. So my charge card takes a week to 10 days to go back into my acct so can't shop for the groceries. They didn't even give some type of credit or promo for my troubles

      Ordered a little vent cover from temu. Opened it up, item had miscut metal edges sticking out and razor blade like sheets hidden under it taped. Sliced my entire hand open. I sent videos and photos to temu along with medical information. They banned and restrictedy account and left the tickets open with no reply. (They still haven't sent me the compensation they offered)

      These guys are exhausting my patience. I have the entire chat thread. They stated I *installed it wrong.. (yet the injury occurred when I opened it, due to the metal edges poking out of the bag in all directions as photos show. I showed them the medical bill, the wound the stitches everything. All photos with the product in the same image. The drug it out **************************************************************************** accountability at all. They demanded personal medical information including ** contact and more. I informed them of HIPAA law and they stated "we won't show anyone" they gave me 80$ to use on there platform. Refused to provide a dollar more or cover the medical bill. I've taken more firm action against them prior, but of course no response has been provided by their team.

      My package was supposed to be delivered April 3 2025 I contacted them Friday April 4 2025 because it keep saying out for delivery but never get delivered they created a so called ticket for a supervisor to get back with me within 48 hours its way past 48 hours no one has gotten back with me at all and when I contact customer service they just keep sending the same messages like its a robot sending the same message over and over again this is not the first time this has happened to me this happened to me about 10 times over and over Im sick of it!!

      On March 29th I purchased merchandise on the website TEMU. i bought and paid for 2 electric scooters for the price that was advertised on the website. I got them from a vendor called EL SCOOTER. They were supposed to ship me my order but instead I got a message from the vendor asking me to please request a refund because they had sold the scooters based on a pricing error so they could not ship me the things I had bought. I told them I did not want a refund I wanted what I bought shipped to me. So then they tell me they don't have what I purchased in stock. I was eventually told they would notify me when the merchandise was in stock again. A couple days later I ask about it if it's in stock and they tell me again they can't send it to me and ask for a refund. I just want was I paid for.

      Two times now Ive ordered a pack of 50 pieces of blank pendants. The second time came double stuffed in a smaller bag. And it does not have 50 pieces in it. Ive been making my jewelry with them and starting to get low, and counting and reaping I have at least ten less than I should. And Temu keeps says that they sent it but ignores that it is missing pieces. It was like $5 for just those.
