Hello, I have contacted Temu for days now to speak to a supervisor regarding my refund for my order that I never received. They will not assist me and I have been trying to speak to someone to receive my refund. I have attached two photos. The first photo with the red door which looks like a residential townhouse. This is where the package was delivered to which is not my address. The second photo is the front entrance of my apartment building that has four levels. I have spoken to a few representatives as well as put in requests for a call from a supervisor. Due to not receiving the appropriate assistance needed to receive my refund. I ordered 16 different packets of Gardening seeds. I received ONE....ONE packet of seeds and it wasn't even marked. I started with Temu and asked for a refund and they said they wouldn't refund me as the package was delivered. Yes it was Delivered with One of the Sixteen packets in the envelope. So I got screwed out of 15 Seed orders.I summited to ****** and they ruled in their favor because Temu said the package was delivered. because we are making orders and required tasks for free items and Temu company keep blocking credit in our account and removing free items with false allegations and narrative this is a dangerous situation that they are pulling out against us and against other customers. They are doing fraud and scam by offering free items with required orders then free gifts disappeared from the account and false message appear then the free items removed also they keep blocking the credit in our account and suspended over 8 months ago and they keep lying and making false statements of anomalies that doesn't exist because we make other orders and use different payments methods and no problem with payments but the credit suspended not available to use we need an end to this manipulation and false statements of anormalities that doesn't exist only in their mind to keep removing free items that picked up with required orders and paid orders as well blocking the credit .Business Response

I purchased a luggage set. After i received it, I took it out of the box and discarded the box. a couple of days later I was inspecting the luggage and found it had a tear in it. I contacted temu to have the item replaced. after not hearing from them, I initiated a return for a complete refund, not credit. They asked me to ship the item back. I told them if it needed to be packaged or if *** was going to take care of that. They told me they would reimburse me. I asked to clarify that I would get a cash reimbursement, and the agent replied that I shouldn't worry that they would take care of me. So I went to the *** store and they said it would be $65 for them to package the item or I could buy the supplies and package myself which something told me I was going to have issues with my reimbursement. So, I ended up buying the supplies and packaging myself which cost me $22.50. After several attempts of trying to get my cash reimbursement the only thing I got was credit. After all this I don't ever want to get anything from temu again. I feel like im being forced to purchase products from them with the credit instead of giving me the cash reimbursement that they promised.Business Response

On April 3, 2025, I opened a Temu account and ordered a portable car starter. Thr order numbers PO-211-*****************, On April 4, 2025, I got an email saying item was shipped from ***********, ******* with a **** tracking number **********************. My online bank statement indicated on April 4, 2025 that payment of $14.96 was paid by **** debit card for this item. I checked the **** tracking number on Apr 4 and it said shipping label created, awaiting item. Currently, the tracking indicates thr tracking number is invalid. Temu has sent many emails about cart and verify email, etc but have refused to send the item that they accepted payment for. Temu recently sent an email that purchase would be returned for credit. This is not what I opened an account for. I ordered it paid for it and they reneged on the purchase and shipping agreement. I made a pretty good size purchase on March 26, 2025. The order had a bunch of stuff missing. I contacted temu for a refund of the missing items only. Was said they would get back to me.. the next day I got a message that my request was denied because the WAREHOUSE claimed all items were indeed shipped and delivered. Which is not true. I took a picture of the bag the items were I did receive.. and it clearly shows the bag would not have fit another ***** items.. upon looking more closely.. the side of the bag has a clear tape on it.. where it looks to have been ripped open.. Im not sure.. I contacted customer service this morning and was told he would put another ticket in.. Im not to confident about this as this seems to be an ongoing issue with this company.. I placed an order on Temu on April 9, 2025 and paid for it. I see now that the order does not appear on the Temu website and I received no confirmation of the order. In short, I've been defrauded and robbed! To rob.an indigent, disabled man who is 73 years of age is a criminal act, but I've learned that law enforcement in ***************** is also a fraud. Only people with bulging pockets and and an abnormally long list of outrageously expensive assets ever receive protection under the law. I have learned that it's now a standard to use noreply email addresses or email addresses that deliver to accounts that are not monitored and fax numbers are rarely made available, so making contact swiftly leaves me only one option: contact the BBB. The change of email address was needed urgently because I was notified that **************** had upgraded my email service to expensive plans without my permission; at 73 years of age when I have never owned nor managed any kind of business, I certainly would never have chosen any kind of business account; when that was made known to me, I immediately decided to close that account. I needed to make the change as quickly as possible.
