      I purchased 5 large carpets on Temu.com and the seller only shipped one item (size 160 cmx230cm) and refused to reship or refund the remaining 4 items (size 200cmx300cm for each item). I contacted temu 3 times and they closed the case without fully investigating. I contacted the seller and she claimed she shipped out all five items. In the conversation, seller agreed that the plastic bag (18inx14inx10in) could not fit all 5 items. There should be 2 packages. Seller refused to reship or refund. Seller claimed she was in ***** and asked me to contacted the logistics provider. She also suspected the package was stolen by someone. However, per the ***** receipt provided by the seller showed 1 package was sent. It is obvious that the seller only shipped one items instead of 5 items together.

      I ordered a coffee table from Temu seeing that it was on sale. When I arrived in the delivery photo you could see the package was left OUTSIDE of the apartment buildings and not within the lobby. When I got home I didnt see it thinking someone brought it in or up to my door. The package was nowhere to be found. I filed a complaint with ***** who instructed me to also file a complaint with Temu. I requested a refund so that I. Oils just get a coffee table from elsewhere and spend a little more money for better quality and reliable delivery. At first the seller denied my request within a matter of minutes and tenu closed the case. I reopened it and submitting photo evidence (because the picture of it out on the street wasnt enough) which lead to temu denying request because the carrier said they delivered it. Ok? So then where is my package?Temu does NOT care they just want to keep your money. I have gone back and forth with a ******* for about a week now and all she does is copy and paste the message from last time no matter what I say or how much evidence I submit. At what point does someone else step in? Id like a full refund please. I will NEVER be doing business with Temu again. I was better off spending 100 more on ******. Atleast Id know my package wouldnt be left out on the street and left atleast INSIDE of the lobby. And even if it were ****** would have enough common sense to see in the delivery photo that the package was out on the street.

      8/14/2025. I placed one large order totaling $341.02. The promotion offered a credit rebate of $180 which was collectible over 7 days. On day 4 of the collection process, Temu expired my day 7 which totaled $126 in rebates that were owed to me. I missed no days in the collection but was never allowed to claim my $126 because they marked it expired. It's fraudulent. I ordered as much as I did on that order to qualify for the $180 rebate which would go to my ****** account. I would not have ordered everything I did had I known I would be denied the bulk of my rebate. I have contacted Temu MULTIPLE times started from day 4 of the promotion alerting them to the issue. They have done nothing to correct the problem.

      The driver took a picture of my package on his lap and then a random picture of a house with a package on the steps with a number, and said the package was delivered. The house in the picture is not my house; it is a random house they found. No houses of that sort are in my area. The company refuses to respond to my several complaints.

      My temu package was stolen after delivery on 04/14/2025. I believe the delivery driver took it because my neighbors saw no one near my house and its a very safe neighborhood. I do not have security cameras outside yet because I just moved in and because of that Temu will not help with my missing package. I have been contacting their customer service team for almost 2 weeks and keep getting the same automated response that they need video proof of robbery.       Try to order an item but was told that the order has been temporarily canceled due to unusual payment activity. Im like ok there might be something wrong in my side.       Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Temu regarding order number PO-090-*****************, which included an 8-piece pliers set and a 16-piece drill bit set.The products delivered are completely different from what was advertised. The descriptions and images claimed strong, durable, high-quality materials suitable for professional use. In reality, the items are of very poor quality, fragile, and unusable after only one or two uses. The advertised size proportions are also misleading the images give the impression of full-size, professional tools, while the actual products are much smaller and unsuitable for their intended purpose.I have already raised this issue multiple times directly with Temu. Instead of addressing the problem, Temu repeatedly responded with template, generic messages that do not resolve the issue. I am attaching copies of their responses to my complaint as well as the original product listings, which clearly show the misleading and false claims.This is a clear case of misrepresentation and unfair commercial practice. Therefore, I am requesting:1. A full refund without the obligation to return the worthless products, as required under ** and Hungarian consumer law in cases of misleading advertising.2. Compensation for damages, as I purchased these products for professional work, but due to their unusable quality, I was unable to complete the jobs, causing me financial loss.I kindly ask the BBB to review my case, as Temu has failed to handle my complaint properly despite multiple attempts on my part.

      Dear BBB,

      In response to Temus message regarding complaint #********, I must reject their proposed solution. Returning the full set is not possible, as I have already attempted to use the products in my work. Most of them deformed, bent, or broke during normal use specifically the 6mm, 4mm, and 10mm drill bits, whether for wood, metal, or masonry.

      The advertisement explicitly claimed high quality tools, but the actual items do not meet those claims in material, quality, or durability. This is clear false advertising. I will attach photos as further evidence.

      Under consumer protection law, in cases of misleading advertising and defective goods, I am legally entitled to a full refund without return. Temus template responses do not resolve the issue, and therefore I request that BBB keeps this case open until a full refund is provided without requiring a return.

      Per Temu instructions, I returned items from several orders in one package. The package was send out on August 16, 2025 via *** and marked as delivered on August 20, 2025 at 1 PM. Temu claims this was only the delivery to the **** facility in ********** and not their warehouse which they allege can take another 3 days. It has now been 7 days, my package still has not been delivered to their warehouse for inspection and my refund. I believe they have lost my package and do not wish to issue my refund. I have contacted them several times and they say they are escalating my matter, a ticket (actually 2 tickets I believe) are created, the courier is urged to make the delivery to the warehouse, but the matter remains that it has been 7 days and still my return is not refunded.       First off I watched my order go around in circles 3 *** I contacted teen Mom and let them know that this was unusual and that the package should not pass right by my house going an hour past my house come back by my house again and go *************************************************************************** then when I got my order I ordered two cases I only received one and it was completely empty nothing was in it so I went through timu and I requested free shipment of the items that were missing two days later I still have not heard anything so I contacted him again they said they were escalating it to their customer service people and I should hear something back within 24 hours so after ************************************************ that they were working as fast as they could and to wait another 24 hours so I waited another 24 hours now this morning 4 days later they have not reshipped the items that were missing they have not offered me a refund and they're completely giving me the runaround so I am now contacting the better Business bureau because I believe that I am just getting the runaround so that they don't have to refund my money or send the items out that were missing thank you so much

      This situation is concerning two separate orders, I have tried to work with temu on this for both orders and have been met with nothing but closed tickets and repeated responses. I have provided valid visual proof of the issues, the one being two trinket boxes that are either damaged or fully missing a part (the seller has additionally been contacted and rarely responds, they've also tried to solicit me in messages to buy an item they aren't selling on temu WHILE I was contacting about the issues). For the other order the issues are as following the mug is not only cracked but also not fully glazed in the inside of it, this is a problem for a multitude of reasons and it cannot be used and the 3 fabrics were all undersized and not as listed dimensions wise (this is confirmed by other buyers as well). So here I have two orders I have been fighting for a refund for about around a month now for both with temu refusing to work with me, I could've filed a chargeback on one of them but chose not to pursue that yet to give temu a chance, a chance that has went on longer than needed. So now I am hoping through contacting here maybe the orders will be sorted out as I really don't want to have to solve both of these through different means but the tickets on temu are no longer helpful anymore and haven't been for months. Both of these orders have been stressing me out and making me reconsider use of this site. All evidence and information is available on tickets there would be too many pictures to post on here. It is my hope these can be refunded and I can be helped as I can no longer deal with the tickets as it's been nothing short of repetitive, rude, and lacking consideration concerning my situation.

      I don't want to hear about all of that, I said both orders need to be refunded and the seller is the one who refunded that order not temu. I cannot do returns, you guys are supposed to look at the tickets before responding here and it is crystal clear that has not occured, if I do not see a refund soon to this order I will be filing a chargeback and discontinuing use of temu permanently, all I have had occur is consistent discrimination and rudeness the entire time I have been contacting about this being refunded, not everyone is physically able to do a return. I have had tons of tickets closed by unprofessional agents that didn't want to do their job and wanted the last word and to silence me and I am done with this. If you guys do not want to help me my bank will and I primarily paid with my card. I have given you guys over a month to assist with this I'm about done. I didn't file a case here for copy pasted responses I need actual help, my next step is my bank and making a call to PDD holdings if this keeps up that's all. As stated I will need a refund and I cannot do a return, if I could've done one I would have it is not physically possible if you want to see why I suggest looking at my tickets I have been detailed as well as showing all of the damage in pictures.
