I ordered an $8.24 item. The item was delivered and less then 15 minutes later because the delivery driver forgot to close the front door to my building fully, was stolen. I contacted temu support and they requested I provide them with evidence. I explained I dont have cameras of the area so I cant provide that. But I showed the picture the delivery driver took of the delivery spot and then the picture I took of the same area when I went to check and there was nothing. They told me to file a police report and to give them the reference number. I was told this was all that was needed for verification for a refund. So I did, I filed a police report and gave them the number. Then they asked to see a copy of the full thing. Because the item was worth so little my police department said they would only give me a receipt and confirmation of the successful report and a ref number for filing. I gave the exact document the police gave me to support and then they said the evidence you provided does not prove the package was stolen I have given them everything they asked for including a police report and they still refuse to refund a simple $8 item because I couldnt prove it with evidence that does not exist. I am put into the same loop of, did your neighbors take it? Is it somewhere else in the building? And I keep telling them the answer is no. They keep asking for evidence I provide and then they want more. All I want is my refund for this item. It has been weeks and they refuse. Any other shopping platform would have either just refunded me or after I provided a police report would have but not temu. Bottom line is I never got what I paid for, I tried contacting temu support and after week of trying, am going here to hopefully have a resolution. This activity is deceptive by temu and I will also be filling official complaints with the *** my state Attorney General and other consumer protection agencies. Since May, I've had issues using my credit card to purchase items on Temu.com. I've sent letters to the corporate office and used the chat support on the website and have not had any help with this matter. I called my bank, and they said that there is nothing wrong with my credit card as I can make purchases at other places.Business Response

Hello, I purchased this toy kitchen as a birthday present from Temu on 8/6/25 and after receiving the product and putting it together which took quite a while given there were several parts, we noticed a damaged piece wood on the base as well as a missing part which happened to be a door on the kitchen. I emailed athe seller on Temu and got a response the next day stating they would send a replacement right away and I would not have to return the kitchen already put together for my inconvenience. I was happy with this response given I only actually requested the missing door be spent. The next day I received a message from the seller on Temu stating they could give me a $15 refund. I told them it was a birthday present and I would rather just have the missing piece to finish the kitchen I bought. They then rebuddled with a $25 and then $30 refund. I continued to tell them I didn't want it to look cheap and unfinished and still just wanted the missing part. I even told I glued the broken wood and wasn't terrible concerned about that. They then kept giving excuses to why they couldn't send the piece of a replacement and they confused to argue and state that Temu sold stuff a little cheaper than other places therefore insinuating that I should accept the damaged and missing piece without a replacement from his business. I am extremely frustrated and feel that I spent money on this product and received damaged and missing parts that the business is not willing to give me a solution and replace the item.Business Response

I placed an order a few weeks ago (approximately) for a 200' projector screen and was sent a tiny package containing 4 single lens wipes (equaling around 50 cents) my order was $116.86. Seller claims package was delivered and then Seller turns around and claims 2 packages were sent and it shows delivered, however, the tracking number Seller refers to, is a fake tracking number. The online retailer Temu has these games and make it appear like you have won money or credit.They do add the fine print, however the tactics they use like suggestive text, pressure under time limits, and distracting pop *** make it all very hard to understand. They say you need to spend a minimum to get credits toward the reward, then you spend the minimum but it doesnt earn enough credit to win the reward. I understand we should read the print. But when I went to make a purchase I did not know how much credit I was going to earn for that purchase. After the purchase was made, I got a ver small credit toward what I actually needed to get the reward.Yeah, I fell for it. I bought few cheap things, and its not a big deal. But what they are doing is insane and almost gave me an aneurysm and Im sure someone may be triggered to have a seizure. I cant be the only one..Its a legit business and they deliver most of the time(I hear theres some funny things going on with deliveries and credits too), but that type of scheme cant be allowed.Business Response

They are running an event where you invite friends to receive free gifts. At the start of the event I was awarded a lucky clover that would double the payout for any referal I invite. This would make it easier to complete the event but the clover had a time limit. I invited multiple referals and the first 3 had their gold multiplied. Once I was close to winning the event. The gold multiplier stopped working and never doubled the payouts for the referall. When it happened the event was still ongoing and I submitted a ticket to get it fixed. The support team member agreed that their system did not multiply the gold correctly. He said he would submit a ticket to a higher team for them to work on it. Since then they have not helped me at all. They said the event is over and there is nothing they can do about it. The lucky clover reward was lie and false advertising.Business Response

On Aug 27th I clicked on my Temu Rewards Calendar and it said I was able to claim the ultimate gift if I placed a $10 order. After doing this I checked my order and didn't see the ultimate gift. I contacted customer service and explained with screenshots. They said it was claimed but I ordered a day early which is not how it works. You purchase in order to get it claimed.She said that I successfully completed the check Ins and to rest assured the ultimate gift (table) would be available to claim on Aug 28th. On Aug 28th it showed claimed but no way to click on it again. I again contacted customer service with screenshots the same thing I did with the previous day. I was told that I didn't claim it in time and it was expired and no longer available. I have screenshots of our conversation saying it would be there for me. I did everything required for this promotion which she stated in one of our chats. She put a $15 credit in my account to appease me. I wanted the table which she said would be there since it was claimed. The table is worth more than that. I am very upset how they treated this mistake on their part. I will not be shopping with this company ever again. Im hoping you can help get me the table I am owed. The order number is the order which the ultimate gift should have been with.
