My complaint relates to 2 orders shipped from Temu as well as a local supplier via assigned carrier CANADA POST during the current postal strike. I ordered a garden cart (PO-0371485122383932470) from NNoone, a local Temu supplier. I was shipped almost immediately, and I found a tracking number from *****************. I had an unassigned order of a jumpsuit order # PO-********************, and contacted Temu chat politely and repeatedly NOT to assign this package to CP, which they did, anyway. They keep insisting that the parcels will be delivered on time, and offered me a late delivery credit 0f $5.00 for each. They also issued a 20% off ticket valid for the next week up to a max of $20 on my next order. I told them that I wanted to received the merchandise while I could still use it, and not after perhaps a protracted strike like the last one earlier this year. I figured there was nothing I could do about the cart which now seems to be in *******, having flown over me in ** for purposes known only to Temu. I did suggest at one point that they send me the jumpsuit free, using another carrier, but they refused. They cannot guarantee that even if I use the "incentives" given to me for my next order, it will not be assigned to ***********. I have had repeated issues with Temu logistics and told them often, but this is the first time they have been so negligent by sending a parcel knowingly with a carrier that is on strike, having been repeatedly been asked BEFORE the parcel was shipped NOT to send it via ***********.Business Response

On 6/4/25 (P021120103514757751148 and P0-21120103564616311148), I participated in a promotional game on TEMU which promised three free gift rewards upon completing a purchase, because I needed to use $75 Plus CREDITS EARNED. At Checkout it stated CONTINUE FOR FREE GIFTS this is ALL you see! I checked out BUT no free gifts! I contacted TEMU, asked for AGENT. The rules at the beginning of the FREE OFFER are the same rules for every reward offered, which doesn't give visible terms/rules of the reward offer seen on your screen. If I had known $600.00 of items NEEDED to be purchased BEFORE YOU RECEIVE FREE ITEMS, which, if you purchased without the gimmicks would only add up to $226.90. In my case the three FREE items price dropped to $0.01 because of the reward offered. The messages misrepresentation led me to believe that the reward would be available for withdrawal immediately upon purchase. Because I truly believe that if I made the purchase the free gifts would indeed be sent with the order. THEREFORE, after the transaction, I was informed that the gift reward was not yet available, and I needed to place an order totaling $352.60 to complete the task, by an agent. These conditions were never disclosed anywhere. TEMU is trapping their customers in getting involved in these promotions by lying and cheating their customer by not disclosing the complete rules of the promotions! The promotional events are unfair/misleading/gives FALSE IMPRESSION by omission/fabrications and DECEPTION! There are TRADE PRACTICES AND OTHER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS that must be implemented and followed that TEMU is ignoring. THE only resolution REQUESTED by me is TEMU honor the FREE GIFTS IN THE PROMOTION and if not the cash amount of the 3 gifts. I'm not seeking a refund for items purchased to receive free gift, which are listed as $15 Credit, Fully Automatic Mopping Machine $31.91 and 3pc luggage 20in/24in/28in black $179.99 - full price would be $226.90. I placed an order online from Temu.com on March 16th, 2025. There were several items purchased, and shipment was split between the items. There was one shipment that I did not receive. I reached out for assistance and reported the missing package through Temu. On Temus website they have a photo of the delivery. The place it was delivered is clearly not my residence. I advised them of this, but they refused to assist and denied a re-shipment and a refund. They referred me to their transport company who delivered the order, OnTrac. I placed a ticket with ****** and they provided a picture of the delivery (which again, is not my residence). ****** stated that they were unable to assist and stated that I would need to contact the seller for a refund. I went back to Temu, tried again to request a refund, and it was denied again. After several attempts of fighting with this company I am at my wits end. I am not sure if there is language barrier or they are just not understanding, but I DID NOT get the items that I paid for. This is robbery and fraud and I want my money back. I am asking for help getting a refund for the missing items, in the amount of $53.34 USD. I have provided pictures of the conversation with OnTrac, as well as screenshots of the photo that was uploaded to Temu as proof of delivery. There is also a screenshot of my residence straight from ****** Maps, so you can clearly see it does match the photo from the proof of delivery. I purchased a set of underwear from Temu. The size is incorrect that they sent me. I ordered a MEDIUM. This is MIS- SIZED and MISREPRESENTED on the website with the sizing options. I am actually a SMALL and to be safe, I ordered a size UP. They are not marked correctly. This medium does not even fit a small child! Then I contacted Temu and they basically told me that will only give me $3.57 back! That is NOT right! They cannot do this. I called TEMU they told me they couldnt change my address I had to call ****** ***** told me exactly today the first representative that told me that TEMU the shipper has to change the address. Purchased a sofa on Temu on May 22, 2025 total purchase amount with tax was $305.06. Sofa was delivered on May 31, 2025 in one box that was ripped up and taped up. Upon starting assembly of sofa, drill holes were not aligning properly, making frame uneven and non-sturdy . As we progressed through the assembly of sofa frame (frame is metal no way to fix drill holes) we got to the slats that sit on top of the frame where you would then put the cushions on top to support the seats however they Velcro and float on top of this flimsy unaligned uneven frame where theres two very flimsy, thin pieces of some type of wood , due to the flawed design of this low quality sofa the slats will not properly stay on the frame, and the Velcro does not hold, which is unsafe by design anyways and when you sit on the couch you fall through it is completely hazardous and unsafe. Seller refuses a refund and less sofas returned, which I cannot return without assistance. I require some large boxes to disassemble and repackage sofa. Also, the cushions were memory foam and expanded upon opening so that makes things difficult cannot fit this in my vehicle, so I need them to arrange a mail courier to come pick it up after they can supply some large boxes. Im more than willing to return the sofa to them with assistance for packaging and having a courier come retrieve. If they do not want to comply with assistance and returning, I request a full refund to the original payment method or a Temu credit I have asked these options to Temu ***************** who continues to give me the runaround and just tell me that my ticket has been escalated and Ill get a response in a day then Ill get a response in two days and they say its gonna be three days. I want a resolution, if they could either assist me in the return process with packaging supplies and a courier that will come get the sofa a refund to the original payment method, or full Temu credit would even be acceptable at this point.Business Response
